The transaction was so smooth. They all were extremely friendly, and helpful. If it were not for your website we would not have found this truck, we live 2hrs from the Colerain Dealership. Charley and Katie were both enjoyable to do business with. Charley was very informative and always available to answer my questions. I felt as if they were trying to meet my needs and wanted my busine with. Charley was very informative and always available to answer my questions. I felt as if they were trying to meet my needs and wanted my business - this is important because I can go to a number of dealerships and give them my business - something has to make the experience unique to choose a specific dealer over another. They were knowledgeable and if they didn't have an immediate answer to my questions, they got back to me very quickly. I did not feel pressured by them, either, which was important to my buying experience. Overall, I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler Colerain and will do business with them again. More

My experience at Jeff Wyler Honda was great. Charley was very informative of the cars and explained everything so I could understand it. We were there a long time waiting on the financing department. Waiting over an 1.5 hours to give him a check and sign papers was a long wait. When I wait a long time in the Service Department, I am offered complimentary bottled water. I suggest offering the same to your car buying customers. Overall, great experience. More

I was looking forward to purchasing a new Honda van after years of suffering through owning a Chrysler. Charley in your sales department made that process so easy. We responded to a mailed notice of a "mega sale" at this dealership. We found a vehicle we really liked but after driving it were told that unfortunately this vehicle was not "part of the sale" afterall an dealership. We found a vehicle we really liked but after driving it were told that unfortunately this vehicle was not "part of the sale" afterall and the price we had been told before the test drive (~$27,000....with a promise that they'd be willing to deal) was wrong...it was really $33,000+. Since the sticker price for this car when new was still in the glove compartment and showed $37,000, and the car now was 3 years old with over 50,000 miles on it this new price was ridiculous. We obviously could not agree on a price after this maneuver, which I understand is just part of the process. What was totally unacceptable, however, was the very rude treatment we received at this point and the dealership's unwillingness to deliver the "free gift" as promised on the mailing...in fact, they claimed they couldn't even find the mailing which they had taken from us as soon as we got there. Most likely we would have won the lowest value item - and in fact it wasn't the gift that we came for (we were prepared to buy a car!) - but the whole thing left a terrible taste in my mouth. I'd never buy anything from this dealership, and would warn customers to watch out for their false advertising and sleezy process. More

When shopping for a vehicle via the internet it is critical that the dealers follow-up quickly, and then are ready to promptly reply to any questions and requests. All of the Cincinnati, Dayton, Nky critical that the dealers follow-up quickly, and then are ready to promptly reply to any questions and requests. All of the Cincinnati, Dayton, Nky Honda dealers which I dealt with on this purchase did an excellent job is this respect. However, the Internet Team at Jeff Wyler did these better, did so professionally and without any "auto sales high pressure" tactics. From their first reply their pricing was very competitive, and importantly, the follow-up on my request to find a specific model and color on Odysssey as done quickly and efficiently. Other Honda Dealers in the area were unable or unwilling to get the minivan I wanted to buy at the price I was willing to pay. Jeff's Team did the work, and they got the sale. I got the minivan I wanted, when I wanted it, at the most competitive price...and I also got a "carton of fresh eggs"...because... "cars like eggs are cheaper in the county..." More

I did not give an excellent rating to this dealership, it was earned. I traveled 4 hours to buy our new Pilot from Charley. She was knowledgable, professional, and honest. In the past I have never had a good experience with a dealership. My wife and I have visited a few when looking to buy and the experience has been so awful that we've always went with a used car from a dealership. My wife and I have visited a few when looking to buy and the experience has been so awful that we've always went with a used car from a private dealership. I can no longer say that. Working with the internet department, and Charley in particular, was wonderful. My wife and I are both very busy, and being able to work out all the details of our purchase over e-mail was incredibly convenient. And to be honest, it was nice to be able to think about our next step for a few minutes rather than having to sit in front of a salesperson at the dealership. That being said, from looking around the dealership, I'm not even certain we would have had that experience were we to buy the conventional way - everyone seemed friendly and, while watching over transactions taking place, I didn't see the "high pressure" tactics that I had come to hate from other dealers. In the end, we were able to drive out of the dealership with our new Honda Odyssey for what we consider to be a great price with a minimal of hassle and none of the stereotypical dealer headaches! I highly recommend working through the internet department at Jeff Wyler - ask for Charley. More
