I began using Jeff Wyler Honda to service my Acuras because of the proximity to my residence in contrast to my Acura dealership. Their service is great and fast. For items that were covered under Acu because of the proximity to my residence in contrast to my Acura dealership. Their service is great and fast. For items that were covered under Acura warranty I was steered to my Acura dealership instead of charging me for a repair that would be free. This is an example of honesty and integrity of a dealership that I value and would suggest others consider Jeff Wyler as well. I will continue to use Jeff Wyler for service of my Acuras due to the fast, curteous service and their honesty and integrity. More

In December of 2010 my son who is a College student @ the University of Cincinna Honda Motor and I would like to share my experiance that I just had. In December of 2010 my son who is a College student @ the University of Cincinnati and he drives a 2006 Honda civic which bought through my lease program. When he start having trouble with his brakes on his car I called Jeff Wyler and had the the car towed there. Having trouble with the extended warranty company Ash stepped in and got it resolved. Being a Honda employee and getting great service lets me know Hoda is no#1, I felt it was imoportant to share my story, because I'm no there to help my Son,So Jeff Wyler servc Dept did. The service department has always been awsome. Very courteous and just all around nice to work with. I have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes or so for the service to be completed. Too many dealers try questionable tactics, usually during financing or trying to push add ons. I have bought a few cars now with Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain, and I have never felt that way. They gave me a very fair amount for my trade in, and the price on my new Odyssey was fantastic. I never felt pressured, the salesperson was great to deal with (Jim Wilson). Even the manager and finance guy were good. Overall an excellent experience, and a dealership I would go back to. I have 2 closer Honda dealerships, but Jeff Wyler is worth the drive. More
I really like the "express service" offered at Wyler Honda -- the fact that I can stop by at any time for required maintenance is a real plus! The service reps greet you immediately upon arrival. Before service begins, they discuss the service to be performed, price, etc. If any problems / issues are discovered during service, the service rep discusses the issue with the customer in a manner that is understandable and without pressure. I always feel confident that if there is an immediate safety or performance issue, the service rep will make that fact known to me so that I can make an informed decision whether to have the additional service performed that day or wait until the next visit. We have leased our last 4 cars from Jeff Wyler and we continue to have very positive experiences. We were not highly pressured in any way. From the moment I got out of my car to check out the cars on the lot, Jim Sweeney came over and asked if he could help me. He didn't pressure, but inquired if I would like a test drive and from there, I was on the lot, Jim Sweeney came over and asked if he could help me. I was planning on taking several days to look at all the dealers in the area, but Jim helped me and I ended up saving 2 days of travel and got what I consider a good price. I'm not convinced salesmen are out to help me, but in this case I think I was wrong. I know he also needs to make a living and you need to make a profit, but I think we all won that day. I went into Colerain Honda just to get an idea of prices for purchasing or leasing a new honda since my lease was about to be up. I didn't want to buy or see a car because it was snowing, I was just looking for purchasing or leasing a new honda since my lease was about to be up. I didn't want to buy or see a car because it was snowing, I was just looking to talk about financials. I told the sales rep what I could afford and asked if he could work with me. He brought out his manager, Chuck Burton, who was only with me for 1 minute before I was completely put off by his disrespectful tone. "If I find you a good price, will you buy this car today" he said. I told him no because their may be a better deal out there for me. "So what, you want my people to do all the work just for you to take your business elsewhere?" I told him I didn't deserve his rude tone and I didn't want to talk to him anymore. He continued to give me attitude that completely surprised me as a consumer. Isn't that their job? I went in there late at night and he didn't feel like putting any effort into helping a young (stupid in his mind) woman. I will never go to that dealer again and will tell everyone I work with what horrible service I was given. I prefer the nice sales reps over at Performance Honda. They don't treat their consumers with such disrespect. More
