I came in with a few questions and doing some research on three vehicles that I had narrowed down to. The Honda Odyssey was one. I have never had such a pleasant experience at a car dealership, especially when I told them I wasn't prepared to purchase yet. Mike and his staff with their no pressure approach have never allowed me to shop so comfortabley. I am coming back this weekend to buy my new Odyssey. I can't wait. Thanks guys. More

My car was totaled in an accident. I needed a replacement vehicle quickly. With the economy in a downtown I hadn't planned on getting a new car for a few more years. My first thought was to take the insurnac vehicle quickly. With the economy in a downtown I hadn't planned on getting a new car for a few more years. My first thought was to take the insurnace money and buy an inexpensive car until I was ready to buy a new one. After researching various dealers in the area on the Internet, I found used Honda Accords in the $20,000 price range with 30-40 thousand miles. My original car was a Honda and I know from experience that 40,000 mile Honda is a low mileage vehicle. So I ditched my original plan. My original car came from the Jeff Wyler Honda dealer at Colerain. I felt they deserved the first shot. After reviewing their used car inventory on the Internet, I narrowed my choices to 4 or 5 vehicles. Ironically enough my brother had his Honda at the dealer for some routine maintenance and gave me a call. He described some of the same vehicles I saw on the Internet so I drove to the dealer to take a look. I test drove a gray 2008 4 door Honda Accord EX. It handled very well on the test drive. It was a no brainer. I took the car. Would I do this again. Yes (exluding the part about haveing the accident) for the following reasons. 1.) If didn't take long to make the decision with the information on Internet. 2.) The people at Jeff Wyler Honda are always friendly and courteous. There was no undue sales pressure. There was no problems in taking the car for a test drive. They also allowed me to leave my rental car on their lot overnight. 3.) The surroundings are nice. They had a large screen tv showing one of the NFL playoff games. Had this been a sports bar, I would have gotten some beer and chips. 4.) They gave me a detailed service report on what was last done on the car. It included things like wear on the brake pads and tires. 5.) Interest rates were low around +4%. I checked rates at my bank on the Internet. They wanted +9% for used cars. 6.) My new car has more toys than what I'm used to, inlcuding GPS and Bluetooth. Overall I was happy with the experience. I only wondered why I hadn't done this earlier. More

I began using Jeff Wyler Honda to service my Acuras because of the proximity to my residence in contrast to my Acura dealership. Their service is great and fast. For items that were covered under Acu because of the proximity to my residence in contrast to my Acura dealership. Their service is great and fast. For items that were covered under Acura warranty I was steered to my Acura dealership instead of charging me for a repair that would be free. This is an example of honesty and integrity of a dealership that I value and would suggest others consider Jeff Wyler as well. I will continue to use Jeff Wyler for service of my Acuras due to the fast, curteous service and their honesty and integrity. More
My name is John Hardwick and I am an employee of american Honda Motor and I would like to share my experiance that I just had. In December of 2010 my son who is a College student @ the University of Cincinna Honda Motor and I would like to share my experiance that I just had. In December of 2010 my son who is a College student @ the University of Cincinnati and he drives a 2006 Honda civic which bought through my lease program. When he start having trouble with his brakes on his car I called Jeff Wyler and had the the car towed there. Having trouble with the extended warranty company Ash stepped in and got it resolved. Being a Honda employee and getting great service lets me know Hoda is no#1, I felt it was imoportant to share my story, because I'm no there to help my Son,So Jeff Wyler servc Dept did.
