The special Honda leases caught my attention on the television. I contacted Jeff Wyler of Colerain via the internet. The service I received was very painless, both Charley and Hank were extremely helpful and very professional. Charley took me on a test drive and at no time during the whole process did I feel rushed. Once we agreed on the price of the lease, my 2010 Insight was cleaned meticulously before I drove it whom that night. I would definitely refer friends to Jeff Wyler in Colerain and especially to Charley, she was wonderful! More
I knew I wanted a 2010 CRV when I contacted various local dealers via the honda.com website. Jeff Wyler Honda telephoned literally within 10 minutes of my emailed quote request; "Marty" carefully reviewed t dealers via the honda.com website. Jeff Wyler Honda telephoned literally within 10 minutes of my emailed quote request; "Marty" carefully reviewed the accessories I wanted, answered my questions and then emailed me a quote that, ultimately, was about $1200 lower than any other. (another dealer who had quoted a higher "out the door" price contacted me later and said he "could've given me a similar price"- I said people who buy over the internet don't like negotiating and haggling; if he "could've, he should've" given me a good price right away. Jeff Wyler Honda did.) Jeff Wyler also kept me updated on my car as the various accessories were installed and when I finally actually went to the dealership for pick-up, it was a very pleasant experience. "Charley" was warm and welcoming, she was able to answer all my questions and capably demonstrated all the functions and features of my new CRV. Even "Mark", the dreaded "finance guy" all consumers are warned about, was low-keyed and at no time did I feel pressured or intimidated. He thoroughly explained the mini-mountain of paperwork required even for a cash sale such as mine as well as my options regarding extended warranties. All in all, from that first email until I drove off the lot, Jeff Wyler Honda gave me a great buying experience. I plan to give them all my service and maintenance business- I'm sure I'll be well satisfied. More
There were a couple of little things that got overlooked before the car was turned over to me - number one, I noticed the car pulling to the left and number two - a piece of molding down by the drivers side before the car was turned over to me - number one, I noticed the car pulling to the left and number two - a piece of molding down by the drivers side floor had popped loose. So I had to drop the car off which ment that someone had to follow me there and take me back home (a 60 mile round trip) and then someone had to make another 60 mile round trip for me to pick the car back up. This could have been avoided if the car had been checked over by your staff. I guess I should have looked it over better but I don't feel that should be necessary when buying a car from a reputable dealer. All that was wrong with the car was low tire pressure in the front left tire. I just feel all the inconvenience could have easily been avoided. More

The sales staff was the best I have ever dealt with. I have worked with other dealers, but by far they were easier to work with. Their care and knowledge far exceeded my expectations. My boyfriend had submitted an online offer through AutoBrag.com, and when we woke up, we had discovered that the offer was accepted. I called and spoke with Marty on the phone, who was very polite and friendly. I indicated that we were in PA visiting family, but would be in Cincinnati that afternoon to check out the car in person. He took my background information, and had the car ready to go when I arrived! I also spoke with Katie on the phone, who provided a lot of information to my insurance agent, and I was able to drive off the lot knowing I was covered. Katie showed me around my new Civic, and was so pleasant and friendly to deal with. The entire experience was BY FAR the easiest, most pleasant car buying (and large purchase experience) I have EVER had. I never felt pressured, I felt like all of my questions were answered, and that everyone I dealt with had my best interests at heart. I have already, and will continue to recommend Jeff Wyler Honda, Katie and Marty to friends and family looking to buy a new car. I'm very happy i choose a honda accord for the past 10yrs. I never heard anything bad about honda cars. Then i talk to charlie about gettin me pre-approved for a honda accord.She call me with the good news that she was able to get me approved , that i was approved for an 08 honda accord my face lit up. I finnaly able to get something newer. I want too thanks jeff wyler for this opportunity to ride in a better quality car. PS. I have never had such a positive car buying experience and I am a tough cookie. If I didn't mean it, I would not say it. I emailed this dealership about my experience at the other dealership and let them know exactly what I was looking for. I also worked on pre approval for a loan. The response to my email was prompt. Not only that, Charlie worked to get everything ready for me , so that I could by a car that day as soon as I left work. I hate waiting so this was a plus. This is where it gets better. Upon my arrival , she test drove the car for me and explained all the cool features. While the shop was preparing my car for purchase, Charlie showed me every detail of my new car and how to work it. Now, I have bought 5 new cars on my own since becoming a single mother of three and never once at any dealership has any sales person ever done this with me. This instilled great confidence in me that I was making the right decision. It showed me that the people at Jeff Wyler Honda are not only extremely knowledgeable about there cars but also proud of the product they sell. The experience has not finished how ever. The man that helped with financing was also very knowledgeable. I was offered the opportunity to by extended plans which I will tell you I never ever do. I told this man it would take some serious convincing to show me there value. I grilled him over and over. He was never once pressuring or negative with me. He also knew this product inside and out. Every potential problem these warranties cover has happened to me. I was also introduced to the other staff that work with Charlie. She let me know that they were a team. I feel that if I had a difficulty or question with my new car anyone of these people would serve me as well a she did. However her bubbly personality is a breath of fresh air and I am glad that she in particular sold me my car. I have had it for a week now. I am impressed with what looks so small on the outside is so roomy on the inside. I also like the creative use of space. When I feel well served a remain very loyal to quality and effort. It was very hard for me to make a new car choice. In the past I have been a loyal pontiac customer and was very sad to find they no longer make the.
