We came into Jeff Wyler Honda because we had bought a car from them previously. Although we really wanted a CR-V we were thinking that a Civic was what we could afford. Bob took the time to ask questions to find out what was important to us. We did drive a Civic first. Then, without being pushy, Bob suggested we at least drive the CR-V for comparison. After driving the CR-V there was no doubt that's what we wanted. He was then able to work out a way for us to keep the payments affordable. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience and love our new car! More

Ash and the service department are friendly and extremely competent. We were just beginning our search, when we went to the dealership, to drive the Accord. We had done quite a bit of research, but Al pointed out some things we didn't know, both about the Accord and the co dealership, to drive the Accord. They were 'Happy to see me walk in the door' ! Quickly asked what they could do for me. LISTENED TO THE CUSTOMER ! There was 'no' pushy 'add on package' of services forced onto my plate! I was very happy with the slight discount given to me when my final repairs were re-gone-over before my 'FREE' car wash! Everyone in the service-writer-department was up-beat and I watched them all, male and female, give all the other customers the utmost respect while I watched them do their 'job-of-the-day! This is the reason I will be coming back for years to come. These guys in the service department are the backbone of the business. When I purchased both of my 2007 Honda's I was concerned about the service part of the Jeff Wyler - Honda Dealership on Colerain. After experiencing 4+ years of great experiences in the 'service department' I am going to purchase two additional Top-of-the-line Honda's for my wife and I. The sales department will have to do without my trade-in's! I am going to give them to my children, because I expect them to follow me in my footsteps by continuing to do business with this team of 'great people' at this dealership! Once my first two Honda's have fulfilled the needs of my kids, they will have had the chance to experience the service department at this dealership and see the reason to walk up front and purchase new Honda's from a business they can trust to be there for them for years to come. I told him that J Wyler Honda had my business and when I started looking for a new car I would begin my shopping there. Other dealers are closer and they are much further away in my mind. More
I purchased my first Honda Odyssey in 2004 from Performance Honda. When I first needed service I went to Jeff Wyler Colerain Honda because it was closer to my house. The Manager and Advisors made me feel like they knew me forever. At the time I had 9, 7, & 5 year old. Life was hectic. Once day I was just have a crazy day and the Service Manager came up to me and said, "What's wrong?, are you have a bad day". I can't remember what even happened on that day but he handed me a Target Gift Card. I was just shocked - for no reason I was just handed a gift card for Target. I have been going there since 2004 for all of my service. I did lease another van in 2007. I wouldn't have thought about buying anywhere else. The Service Dept is to thank for that. They have a great staff in the Service Dept and they never pressure sell for service I do not need. Nothing makes me more mad when a place lies to make a profit. I know when I go in there they are telling me what really needs to be done. Thanks Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain! More
