Many times you hear horror stories about dealerships trying to railroad female buyers; this Dealership and Mr. Sanders do not. Instead, they allow you to take the time you need to look, test drive, think, whatever you need to do. I came in looking for a great deal on a used car. We took a test drive in an '08 CRV; then I spotted the car that "called my name".....a brand new one! Al took the time to allow me to test drive a new model; immediately I knew that the new vehicle was for me. He took the time to locate the exact color interior/exterior that I wanted; then went above and beyond "the call of duty" to drive to the Dealership in Frankfort to bring it back to me! Al, Ron & Mark were aware that I was, for lack of a better work, intimidated by the process. They worked me through the entire process and turned this into one of the best days I've had in several months! I LOVE MY NEW 2010 CRV!!! This is the third car I have leased from Jeff Wyler of Colerain. I can't say I got the best price or deal. But what I can say is I personally just like to drive a new car every three years at a payment t Colerain. I can't say I got the best price or deal. Honda has the best lease out there, and the Sales staff at Jeff Wyler are the best.I just pick a car tell them were I want to be as far as a monthly payment and they make it happen.It is a very hassle free experience. He was able to answer all my question about the car he even help the lot guy get the car ready for me, I like that.
