When I arrive the person I see (twice it was Tricia) has been friendly, courteous and professional. I appreciate the e-mail offers on the service, which seem to always come just in time. John explained that Tricia had gone to lunch and that rather than waiting for her to return he took care of meeting me so I could leave.
