We had an excellent experience at buying our new 2011 Honda Accord. After we made our final decision, everything moved very fast. So, to keep us from waiting I believe that is how Cleveland took over or helped out. He explained the vehicle extremely well, was very patient with us and extremely polite. Hank handled our paper work and answered many questions we had toward financing, extended warranty, etc. These employees took a lot of time with us and even stayed way past quitting time so we could take our new car home that night. He did everything from pretending we had never met when husband brought me to test drive the car, to secretly delivering the car to ensure the surprise was special. Our salesman was Anthony Bokeno and he was very knowledgeable about the cars we looked at and very friendly. This is the third Honda I have bought at Jeff Wyler Honda and my wife and I our going to go back next year and buy my son his first car to get him thru high school. If Anthony is still working there I will definetly ask for him because he is a good kid. I was given a good price for my trade in (2003 Accord I bought at Wyler on colerain) and Anthony found the car I wanted at another dealer. The day I came to pickup my new car my wife and I had a concert to go to in the evening but Anthony had all our paperwork waiting for us and got all paperwork processed in a timely manner and we got out in time for our concert out at riverbend.
