I have been dealing with the Jeff Wyler people since we returned from Florida for service. I have been treated royally. The service personel are top notch.When we decided to purchase a new car naturaly we went to the Jeff Wyler Dealership on Colrain. We were met immediatly by Al Sanders. I told him that I had previously talked to Jim Sweeny. Jim came out and told us that he had to go to a meeting and that Al Sanders would help us.He asked what type of car we were looking for and he brought one to the door so we could take a test drive. When we returned Mr. Sanders asked what color sedan we would like.He had our request brought to the door so we could look it over.We said we would take it and to make the arrangements.We got the price we were looking for on our tradein.We then talked to Hank Sykes who did the necessary paper work. This has been one of the most pleasurable buying experiences we have ever had with a car dealership.We have owned 15 different cars in our lifetime,4 Honda's. Never have I been disapointed or unhappy with any of the Honda's. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone who is interested in buying a new or used car or needing service on one. I have been working with Dave Pelletier since I purchased my 2006 Honda Accord in October, 2005. ALL of my interaction with him has been EXCELLENT. He is ALWAYS kind, courteous, efficient, prompt, and list my 2006 Honda Accord in October, 2005. ALL of my interaction with him has been EXCELLENT. He is ALWAYS kind, courteous, efficient, prompt, and listens to my needs and/or concerns. He has the tenacity to resolve the issue in the most cost effective way without jeopardizing the performance of my car. Everytime I call him to schedule routine maintenance, he remembers me. He has gone out of his way to provide superior customer service. I know I can trust him to give me an honest appraisal of the needs of my car. Moe was the first person mom and I met at the dealership when we went to test drive the Honda Odyssey. We were unhappy with the Toyota Sienna tire recall and we wanted a change. Moe allowed us to test driv when we went to test drive the Honda Odyssey. We were unhappy with the Toyota Sienna tire recall and we wanted a change. Moe allowed us to test drive the Odyssey alone. I was really impressed that he trusted me as a driver without being in the van. When we returned we met Larry Bonelli and we drove a total of four different price ranges of the Odyseey van. After talking with my husband we purchased the 2011 Honda Touring Odyssey with the all weather mats, which we adore. This winter in Cincinnati has been rough, snow, ice and more snow, the mats are keeping our rugs spotless and they are so easy to clean. Honda we love the all weather mats! When we purchased the Odyssey we told Larry we would be returning to test drive a four wheel drive vehicle. Larry is such an outstanding salesman, we returned a few weeks later and Larry suggested that we look at the Honda Pilot. Larry allowed me to drive the Pilot for the day, taking my mother to the doctor and to the grocery store. I realized after that day, that I was in love with the vehicle, it sits up high like a truck but drives like a car. Our only delemma was that we needed a Pilot Touring model with the automatic tailgate for my mom to be able to use,(at age 71 mom can not lift the tailgate) and Larry did not have one on the lot. With help, Larry was able to locate a Pilot Touring model in Indiana and had it driven to Colerain Ave. for us. Way to go Larry, thanks bunches! Well, that's when we met Hank, the finance Manager for the second time. But this time Hank went the extra mile and drove to our home for the closing on the Pilot because we did not have the time to drive to the dealership. Hank drove to our home in pouring down rain. We closed the Pilot deal and we are so thrilled to have this vehicle. All I can say is gentlemen, you will feel proud to drive it and ladies, it's so simple to drive, my mother loves to drive it too! After purchasing the Pilot we smelled antifreeze, that's when we met Brian in Service. Brian and his team found a small leak in the radiator, they did not mess around saying lets see what it does, they ordered in a new one and replaced the radiator and to date all is well with the Pilot I just want you to know that these four people have done an amazing job for us and each of them welcomes us into the Jeff Wyler of Colerain dealership and makes us feel like family. Jeremy is a wonderful saleman. He went over and above helping me to find something I was looking for. He went over and beyond trying to find something big enough for 4 kids and in my price range. I have owned five Honda's since 1986. The last two were purchased at Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain. I had never used a dealership for service with any other vehicle I've purchased but since 2003 all of my s purchased at Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain. I had never used a dealership for service with any other vehicle I've purchased but since 2003 all of my service work has been done by Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain. I was skeptical at first because I was always told that dealer service was over priced for what you get. I found exactly the opposite from the first time I used their service department. I have dealt primarily with John Morgan who has always been polite and does not try to push service work that is not necessary. There are always coupons available to help keep the price down. They even had a program with a key tag that after so many oil changes the next one was free. Jeff Wyler on Colerain is actually out of my way but it's always been worth the drive and I will never go anyplace else! I have also recommended several friends and family members to Jeff Wyler. I went to this dealership for a 2011 CRZ. Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. I got everything I asked for.I was very happy with how eaasy everything was. Even the finance manager was great.
