We had an excellent experience at buying our new 2011 Honda Accord. After we made our final decision, everything moved very fast. We first went to buy used (Quaid Daniels), who was very, very helpful to us, but after reconsidering we decided to go back and buy new. Quaid at the time was busy with another sale. So, to keep us from waiting I believe that is how Cleveland took over or helped out. He explained the vehicle extremely well, was very patient with us and extremely polite. Hank handled our paper work and answered many questions we had toward financing, extended warranty, etc. These employees took a lot of time with us and even stayed way past quitting time so we could take our new car home that night. Quaid was very helpful and made the car buying experience less painful. LOVE my Pilot. Was not happy about the wait time the day I came back to pick up car.
