length of time for service was too long, an hour and a half for oil change and tire rotation. if it is a busy time, I would rather have known when I called, and I could have come back a different date a half for oil change and tire rotation. if it is a busy time, I would rather have known when I called, and I could have come back a different date as I live close by. sounds like they overbooked. If I have to wait a long time for my next few visits, when my lease is up I will go somewhere else for a car. But as far as people being friendly and helpful, they are. More
