We as a family have purchased 11 cars from Jeff Wyler in Eastgate. With the exception of 2 all other have been purchased from Brian Sexton. So when my oldest son 2005 Colbat died I thought that we were in t Eastgate. With the exception of 2 all other have been purchased from Brian Sexton. So when my oldest son 2005 Colbat died I thought that we were in trouble. We knew Brian had left the organization and not knowing which way to go I thought I would call him. Much to my surprise I found out that he was back and now with the Honda store. We have never owned a Honda but I was willing to see what they were like. My son test drove on at a dealer near him and really liked it. We called Brian and told him what he wanted.The store had one in stock. We picked up on 12/17 at the store and he has already put 600 miles on it. I can not say enough about Brian and his staff. Tam was great to work with but i have to say had it not been for Brian I dont know that we would have purchased a car from you Honda store. Thank you for making this another great experience. Karl K. Anthony was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive on price, color and other details related to the purchase of our Honda Odyssey's. He has made numerous follow-up calls to ensure that we responsive on price, color and other details related to the purchase of our Honda Odyssey's. He has made numerous follow-up calls to ensure that we did not need any further help. He even delivered one of the two vans across Cincinnati to help us out. He was able to find the exact two models and color of vans that we wanted. He helped with all the details of the car up front and has made it clear that we were free to call in the next few weeks if we needed help. He helped me set up the bluetooth connection for my in car phone and helped me with many of the other features of the car. In addition, he retrieved and held on to items I left in my trade-in car until I could retrieve them. He was friendly, personal and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain to others that are shopping and that says a lot as we live in Anderson Township! More

I went into the dealership because of an offer I rec'd in the mail. I walked out (after an overnight 'test drive,) with a car lease. The sales rep says, "the increased payment will pay off by the case the mail. I walked out (after an overnight 'test drive,) with a car lease. The sales rep says, "the increased payment will pay off by the case you're going to save.' WRONG. I ended up with higher payment, which I'm managing, but I found out two months after the fact, when Honda contacted me, that you have to have much higher insurance for a lease than a standard car purchase. There goes more money. It took two months before someone finally told me about the roadside that was purchased. (Despite calling and going into the dealership beforehand.) I get told that my 2008 Honda was "going down in value," and it was "smart money" to sign for a car lease. I feel like I should of taken lube in with me before I allowed myself to get shafted. Never again. I emailed the sales rep before posting this, hoping that an attempt would be made to 'make this right,' but nothing. So, here's the bitter truth. When the lease is up, I'm going to do whatever I can to avoid going back to this dealership. Update: 4/12: I went back into the dealership as requested to 'get things taken care of." After going down there and waiting, I was then told I needed $2,000 to switch things over. Now, when I tell you I am struggling as it is, what makes you think I have $2,000 lying around? Never again do I deal with this dealership. EVER. I'm done with this dealership, and Hondas. All they do is tell me to call Honda, Honda tells me to call dealership, etc. If I set foot in another dealership and Mr. Wilson happens to be working there..trust I will turn around and walk out. Crooks. More
