Again, he was respectful, friendly, and knowledgable. Without any prompting from me, Hank reviewed my warranty coverage on my previous policy and explained that I actually had too much for my driving habits and arranged for me to receive a refund. That was unexpected and above and beyond his duties. It proves just how much he cares about his customers. This was definitely the most pleasant car-buying experience I have had in 37 years. I was there for quite awhile because Mo had to obtain the car in the color I wanted from another dealership. Not only did Mo and Hank take care of me during the wait, but the salesman in the office next to Mo (I'm so sorry I don't know his name) was equally kind.
