We were able to reach out to this customer to work to resolve this situation (his remarks below). We take these reviews very seriously, and use this input to correct mistakes we make and work to become better in the future. We apologize that you had a bad experience, and we are glad that we were able to contact you to follow up. Ash from the service department spoke to my wife yesterday. I think he contacted us since Paul is out? Ash remembered us as we have been servicing our cars there for 16 years. To be fair, the service department is and always has been outstanding under his management. My wife let him know that we enjoy doing business with him, but I wanted to also inform you of our thoughts.
