We had an excellent experience at buying our new 2011 Honda Accord. After we made our final decision, everything moved very fast. So, to keep us from waiting I believe that is how Cleveland took over or helped out. He explained the vehicle extremely well, was very patient with us and extremely polite. Hank handled our paper work and answered many questions we had toward financing, extended warranty, etc. These employees took a lot of time with us and even stayed way past quitting time so we could take our new car home that night. This is the third Honda I have bought at Jeff Wyler Honda and my wife and I our going to go back next year and buy my son his first car to get him thru high school. If Anthony is still working there I will definetly ask for him because he is a good kid. I was given a good price for my trade in (2003 Accord I bought at Wyler on colerain) and Anthony found the car I wanted at another dealer.
