Came in contact with this dealership via the internet. The first person I interacted with, Britney, was professional and courteous and wanted to earn my business. I told her the type of vehicle I wanted and asked for the out-the-door price. Over lunch I brought in my vehicle to get it appraised for trade-in. That's when the problems started. Britney handed me off to Matt. Matt made me wait and came with the line "we work by appointment here". He looked at what I was wanting to trade, highlighted the defects that I was up-front with him about and pulled the typical high-pressure car salesman schtick - "are you going to buy today?" He wanted to know what I was expecting on the trade - and when I wouldn't give him a number he kept prying. As we sat down he slowed things down and (of course) had to talk with the manager. He asked what other dealers I'd been to - I declined to answer; he said "I want to earn your business today" and "I'm not in the car sales business, I'm in the relationship-building business" -- puhlease... After touting his dealership and (finally) going to get the manager's approval (I guess on the relationship-building) he came back with a ridiculous number. I had told him my best price on the new vehicle from a competitor and told him the best price on my trade-in. He then wasted 10 minutes going to dealerrater.com where "oh...look at this - here's a review...I haven't read it yet..." and reading aloud a glowing review of his work. Then he told me he really shouldn't share pricing with me because I wasn't ready to buy today. The final price jacked up the price of the new vehicle, gave me what the best price was on the trade and he told me that $600 off was a "great price" - the best price I'd gotten was without the trade. Insulting. I told him to re-work the numbers and give me a call and left the dealership - he begged me to come back in.... Matt - guess what? I told you I'd buy a car this week - and tonight I did. Just not from Jeff Wyler Honda. Because of you, I will never knowingly spend a cent with a Wyler dealership ever. More
David and Hank worked together as a team to ensure a fast, smooth deal on my new car. Most impressive about Honda Colerain is the immediate evidence in friendliness (opening the door to the showroom for me on my arrival) and quick to provide help. When I specifically asked for Tony, they paged him on the spot. Five stars for customer service (always with a smile)! Tony LoBuono was what sealed-the-deal.. extremely personable and very knowledgeable making my buying experience a wonderful experience. I am certain that there will be, in future, "service after the sale" (I can't imagine with such a friendly environment there that I can expect anything less). And, I should also mention, Hank Sykes, who was also very personable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Honda Colerain and will certainly refer my friends/family directly to Tony. My wife and I recently celebrated our 50th anniversary. Last week we were taking a relaxing ride through southeastern Indiana when we received a text on my cell reminding us that it was a beautiful day out Last week we were taking a relaxing ride through southeastern Indiana when we received a text on my cell reminding us that it was a beautiful day outside and a perfect day to stop by to look at some Wyler Hondas. My astute spouse thought Tom Stout's suggestion was worth looking into. I wasn't so sure because I equate going to a car dealer with going to the dentist. Anyway, my wife's thinking prevailed, and so we ended up at Wyler Honda Colerain talking with the personable Tom Stout. To make a long story briefer, we ended up leasing a fabulous Honda CR-V, and on a day when we least expected to take such a major step. Tom Stout's professional manner, his thoroughness, his up front candor and honesty, and his total lack of pressure convinced us that we would be wise to accept the car dealer's offer. Kudos to Tom Stout and the Wyler team! More

This is the second new Honda I have purchased from Al. He is always very friendly. I feel no pressure from him that I have to buy a car. He works hard to get an acceptible deal done. I have been telling people that if they are looking to buy a car that they need to go see Sean David. This is the first new car that I have ever purchased for myself so I was a little nervous about begin buy a car that they need to go see Sean David. This is the first new car that I have ever purchased for myself so I was a little nervous about beginning the whole process. Let me tell you the overall experience was unbelievable. Sean was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient with all the questions I had for him. When I brought my van back a few days later to get a luggage rack put on, I still had some questions about my van in which he patiently went over and expained in detail how things worked. I am so happy with my van and the whole experience of purchasing it. I have recommended the dealership, especially Sean, to co-workers, family, and friends. My husband and I will definitely be back when it comes time to get another car! More
