My name is Tonya Bradshaw...On March 2,2012 my son ,mother,and I went into Jeff Wyler lookin to purchase a vehicle my son(Marcus Bradshaw had found on the internet. it is a 2006 Dodge Charger SXT. We had just been through a very difficult situation in which a 2005 Dodge Magnum Hemi RT we had purchased from McKluskey caught on fire. We had no vehicle at the time or a down payment and still had to finish paying for because the insurance would only pay for the blue book value and we knew nothing about gap insurance at the time... The initial sales person who we where keeping in contast with was Brittany.When we arrived at Jeff Wyler Brittany greeted us in such a proffesional manner it was unbelievable. She had my son fill out an application for credit as we where sittin in the main lobby she never left our side.She made us feel like we had known her forever. we were not sure what was goin to happen because of the finacial situation we were in so all i could do was say God i put it in your hands You know our needs. I can not put into words how friendly and understanding the staff was about our situation. Chuck took everything that we were going through into consideration and made sure we knew that it was more important for him to find a way to please us more than him making a sale..My son Marcus is in his 3rd yr of college and will be graduatin April of 2013 from University of Cincinnati. I explained to Chuck how important it was for us to have transportation so that Marcus could get back and forth to school and also work..I can not thank Mike Jasper enough for having the best STAFF in the WORLD of car dealerships.. Matt was very patient and helpful in helping me make my decision to buy new or used.
