You drive in, and there is a friendly attendant there to help you immediately. There is a comfortable waiting room to sit and read or watch TV - but you don't get to enjoy it for long - service is very quick! Checking out is easy and the free car wash is so great. As such, it really helps to make the experience better. However, I thought that Tom's approach service orientation really made a difference in closing the sale. We were not in a hurry to buy a car. So the hunt was on again for a new vehicle. I submitted a request for a quote through the internet on a Honda Fit from several dealers and within minutes I received a phone call from Matt Bokeno of Wyler Colerain Honda. Boy was I luckey after talking with Matt I knew he was the one I was going to buy a car from. I got my deposit back from the Wyler Fairfield Store and headed straight to Wyler Honda of Colerain and met Matt. Matt isn't the typical car salesman you usually have to deal with, he is so out going and does what he tells you and takes pride in his job. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a Honda it would be your worth while to stop by and look up Matt Bokeno and give him a shot as you will be like me glad that you did. By the way I am glad the other deal fell through as I wouldn't have met Matt or gotten the deal I did and I have bought nothing but Nissans in the past.
