Car was taken in for recall work. Work was completed quickly and service counter staff were very friendly. The only problem was that a loose connection was not noted in the headlights and I had to retur quickly and service counter staff were very friendly. Purchased a 2011 Honda CR-V EXL, I contacted four other dealears in the Cincinnati area for prices via the internet, Jeff Wyler Colerain ended up to be the best price. Mr Sanders did a lot of work getting me the best deal. After a week of e-mailing other dealers I had a face to face meeting with Mr Sanders and we worked out an deal. Every one at the dealership was very nice, the show room was well orgainzed and they had the car I was looking for is stock which help a lot. I also own a Honda Fit and my wife and I find it to be fun car to drive. I was always GM car owner over the last 50 years but I think Honda may be the answer. I would highly recommend this dealership, Mr Kykes handled the necessary paper work in a very business like way. The process was done about 30 minutes. I was at the dealership at 10:00am and out by 12:00pm with the deal done and paper work all done. More
