We had a car stolen and it was recovered but with no keys. Laura in service handled details on the re-programming & keys, also while having the car gone over to make sure it was in good working order! S keys. She also went out of her way to answer questions, leave things ready for us to pick up and arranged for other incidental but inconvenient things that need to be done. Everyone there is always so helpful and friendly. I even acted with my 12 year old son like I had bad credit and couldn't afford one and the salesman and loan person went along with it. David Hallon sold me my first one and I go back to him whenever I buy a new one. When I trade one in, it's not because it isn't great it's just what my family need is at the time. The service department is always very helpful in getting my car in when I need to and very informative in explaining things. I wanted a white Pilot and the one I wanted wasn't in stock, but David was able to find one and had it that same day for me. I would recommend Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone! More
Our experience was good at Wyler Honda. I do find it interesting that the van we traded in we were told it would be wholesaled ... but now it is on your lot and you offered us $3,300 and you have it on interesting that the van we traded in we were told it would be wholesaled ... but now it is on your lot and you offered us $3,300 and you have it on your lot at $6,000 (not sure it exactly that but it is not under $6,000). That makes me sad ... that would be the only part of our experience that is frustrating. More

My husband and I were looking for a car to replace my car that had become unsafe to drive. We had already looked at several cars and figured that we wanted something used. We were greeted by Larry and he was extremely helpful. After working with him and the finance manager Shawn, we were able to purchase our first new car a 2012 Honda Civic. They were not pushy and did not rush us. As a matter of fact we came in on Sunday an hour before closing and they graciously stayed with us to make sure we were completely satisfied the the deal and the car. We were so impressed with the customer service that we can't imagine going any where else ever. We are now proud Honda owners and loyal customers! I waited over 2 months to give this evaluation, just to see how this purchase played out with some time. I purchased a new 2012 Honda Pilot in early April. On my first visit we dealt with Cleveland Par see how this purchase played out with some time. I purchased a new 2012 Honda Pilot in early April. On my first visit we dealt with Cleveland Parker and I was still trying to decide between a Honda, Toyota Highlander and a Mazda CX-9. Cleveland was nice, friendly and helpful without being pushy. We returned a few days later and discovered Cleveland was off and Demareay McDonald (Dee) was more than happy to help us. We (my wife and I) spent a few hours with Dee and found he had only been at Jeff Wyler Honda a few months. Dee was also very helpful with all our questions and we finally started dealing on the new Pilot. Despite a BIG problem, this was still the least stressful new car buying experience I have ever had. We thought the deal was done, but had to basically start over. The sales manager's figures still indicated that I was trading my car in, after we had removed it from the deal. So the sales manager apologized (we kind-of thought the original deal was real good) and we started over. We were able to work out a deal that did include trading in my car this time. It wasn't nearly as nice as the first incorrectly figured deal, but it appeared to be a good and fair price. We picked up the Pilot that evening after signing what seemed like more forms than when I bought a house. We went to close the sun roof as we were leaving and found it wouldn't close correctly. Our first trip in our new Pilot was to the service department, where they had to reinitialize the sun roof. It took about 20 to 30 minutes and we were finally on our way. I had a problem when my payment information arrived in the mail. Dee had promised that they, Jeff Wyler would pay my first payment as part of the deal. This likely got over looked in all the confusion, but was quickly straightened out with a call to the finance department. I also had two minor trim issues that were noticed as I inspected the vehicle at the time of the sale. One required ordering a part that took almost two weeks to arrive. When I did return for the warranty repair, Rob Herbert made sure everything was repaired to my satisfaction. I still really like my new Pilot. It's not perfect, but in my opinion, NOTHING is. More
I test drove three different cars and Al did not "push" a car, but listened to the things that were important to me and clearly answered any questions I had. Based on his treatment of me, I will most likely have my car serviced at Wyler also, and I hope that I will find the same level of satisfaction with the Service Department that I have had with Sales. I would highly recommend you consider purchasing a new vehicle from this dealer. They are true professionals who stand behind their word. His attention to detail is 2nd to none. We got our purchase started with him, but we met and worked with several Jeff Wyler employees when we went to pick up our new vehicle. They were all very good to work with. I live in Columbus and travelled to Cincy to work with this dealer. If you live in the greater Cincy area, do not buy a new Honda without contacting this dealer.
