I was spending a lot of time searching for a car to replace my evil lemon and Demareay was the only salesperson I encountered who didn't hard sell me. In fact, even the sales manager wasn't overly pus replace my evil lemon and Demareay was the only salesperson I encountered who didn't hard sell me. In fact, even the sales manager wasn't overly pushy. He did sell me on the lease, but it was more convincing than badgering. I felt well taken care of throughout the weeks I worked with Demareay and in the end, I ended up in a situation I wasn't expecting (the lease), that is actually the best option that I could have wanted. I felt Jeff Wyler Honda's price was good and fair. I called, and let them know that I was coming, did a test drive, filled out some paper work, and out with my new car in couple of hours; didn't even need to negotiate the price. The staff was absolutely friendly and professional. There was no hidden cost at all; what a pleasant surprise! More

My son and I came to your dealership just to test drive a Honda Accord before I went across the street to purchase my new Toyota Camry. However, that never happened. Before I knew it I was signing papers and driving away with my New Honda Accord. Lance could not have been more informative and encouraging. He was that type of sales person that won me over before i even knew what was going on. Lance was very kind to my 14 year old son and that ment alot also. I have given the overall rating of "great" to the service department because of the efficiency, timing, skill, and advise offered by my service rep, Nicole Maddock, backed up with expert service the service department because of the efficiency, timing, skill, and advise offered by my service rep, Nicole Maddock, backed up with expert service department technicians. My Honda Accord was serviced in a timely manner: the service department doing the 60000 mile check up and making other recommended services. Nicole did a great job of explaining those services to me for my understanding and approval and went out of her way to set up the additional services before the day was over, including resetting the code for my radio and clock, at my request. She even went out of her way to let me know that there was a shuttle service provide by Jeff Wyler, in case it was needed. The only reason I gave a 4 (good) rating for the pricing was that I had nothing to compare it to. Given the Inspection results, I accepted that it was a good price, all things considered, after viewing the comprehensive service list - Nicole initiating a coupon request to bring down the price some. I appreciated this. I will feel very comfortable and safe driving my Honda for the recommended 3 years or plus 30000 miles. I had already made up my mind what car I wanted and deal. They didn't try to pressure into a diffrent deal or "better" deal. However, they were very thorough. Even after making the deal, Jim drove to meet my wife to have her sign the necessary papers. He took time to explain to her the paper work and the car's features. We were at Starbucks till 10:30 pm. It didn't seem to bother Jim. He took his time and explained every thing to my wife even though he explain it to me already. Great customer care. Lastly, I am in sales myself. I am very critical of other salespeople. However, Jim did a great job from start to finish. More
