Tom Jones did a wonderful job for me. I asked him for quotes on the EXL-RES Odyssey and he came back with an aggressive offer that caught my eye. No other internet Honda dealer was close to the time and effort Tom put into this sale. He was friendly and more importantly he provided all the information I wanted when I asked for it. He responded to each call or e-mail in a diligent manner where many others did not. When we came up to Colerain from Kentucky, Tom and his team had everything ready to go and the numbers were exactly what he quoted me. He was very courteous to my family as he got them drinks and also involved them in the process by creating a wonderful rapport with them. As we wrapped up, Tom showed us how to operate our new vehicle and was very adamant on how he would help us with any questions we have in the future. I'm very pleased and will come back as long as the service continues to be outstanding as I want to remain part of the Jeff Wyler family. More

I have been with this dealership since I bought my first Honda in 1999. I really love their service department. I came in today for scheduled maintenance and John Morgan advised me as to what service I need Honda in 1999. I really love their service department. I came in today for scheduled maintenance and John Morgan advised me as to what service I needed, reported on the price and gave me an estimate as to the time it would take. Since it was going to be longer than I had planned on being there, John offered several options to accommodate me, including providing a rental car. I always find the people working in the service department to be friendly, polite and very caring. The service provided is also the best. I have always been very pleased. The waiting area is comfortable and well appointed including wireless internet. I travel 30 minutes to get service from Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain because they inspire trust. More

Kimberly was pleasant to deal with and had a great personality. Maybe it was the end of the month rush or maybe she is a little scattered brained but it was like she was a little lost and I feel like personality. Maybe it was the end of the month rush or maybe she is a little scattered brained but it was like she was a little lost and I feel like we spent way more time sitting around the dealership (7 hrs in 2 days). The worst part is I explained all of the details as far as credit rating, negative equity, payment amt and other stuff including my xxx since I was there a month earlier. She assured me that we could work something out but when I showed up I then had to give her all of the information that I already told her and that she already had in the system. Hence 7 hrs over 2 days. When I finally purchased the vehicle she couldnt find the keys to the car or the books that go with the car that really were sitting right in front of her. Henry/Hank (Finance) was great to talk to. He explained every option to us in language we could understand and didnt talk in circles. We didn't feel rushed or really swayed in either direction, he gave us our options and said the decision was ours. He was not pushy. He was also very pleasant to talk to. We felt like we could trust what he was saying and he was really taking us and the dealership in a win win situation. We do know he was not a salesman, he is the finance guy but to us he went above and beyond his normal job which is what customer service is all about. We did end up purchasing the Honda Accord. We would recommend this dealership to someone looking for car. More

I came to Jeff Wyler Colerain Monday morning primarily to get the numbers on a new Honda Accord -- because of the TV ads about the lease deals available on the Accord. I had owned an Accord several years a get the numbers on a new Honda Accord -- because of the TV ads about the lease deals available on the Accord. I had owned an Accord several years ago and it was the best auto I had ever owned before or since. The sales person I was scheduled to meet with wasn't able to meet with me, but asked Mohsen Safaie to meet with me. Suffice it to say that "Mo" did a superb job of putting together a deal that met all my needs and I went ahead and purchased the car. The follow up -- processing of necessary paper work -- was handled quickly and efficiently by Sean David and Mo and the team responsible for getting the car physically ready for delivery. I was also impressed with the provisions the dealership has made for the comfort of customers while they are waiting for repairs or whatever. Altogether, I was quite pleased with the sales service I received and while I don't expect to see you that often for vehicle service -- Accord has an excellent reliability record -- I am confident that when the car does need service, that department will be as satisfactory as the sales department.
