This is our first visit to Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain after years of leasing or buying Buicks. After E-mailing the dealership, we set up a time to meet with our salesperson Tony LoBuono. They had a great selection of new cars and Tony explained all of the features of the models. He was very friendly and did not pressure us during his sales presentation. Overall experience was great and I would assume their service department would continue with our complete satisfaction. Stopped in for an oil change, which led to the replacement of both the engine air filter element and the HVAC cabin filter element. I was happy that both were noted for replacement, even if they a replacement of both the engine air filter element and the HVAC cabin filter element. I was happy that both were noted for replacement, even if they added more to the final bill. Also ordered a passenger side mirror cover since the car wash place ruined the former one. Rob stated there would be no charge for replacing the new cover..even offered to bring it to my house to be attached as he saw that I was having trouble walking due to back problems. Now that is what I call service! All of the employees with whom I had contact were helpful, knowledgeable, and polite, which is why I use the service department whenever needed. A positive experience, as always! I now have the "peace of mind" that is expressed on your Vehicle Care Commitment page. Thank you for excellent service every time. More
I purchased this car last month and while I was sitting in it last week in a parking lot (with no one around) the window just popped and a crack in the windshield appeared from below where it is installed. in it last week in a parking lot (with no one around) the window just popped and a crack in the windshield appeared from below where it is installed. I was very upset since I knew that there was no way it was done by a rock or anything else. I brought it in to the service department not really expecting them to do anything about it. I had told a few people about it and they all said there was no way a dealership would take any responsibility from there experiences. I have to say I was greeted and told by very a very friendly person in the service department to come back and talk to the service manager. I returned in a few days and was pleasantly surprised when he informed me that it did indeed look like it may be caused from the way the windshield was installed and agreed with no argument at all to replace it. I have to say that I was amazed by this kind of treatment. I was expecting an argument based on my prior dealings with other dealerships. I will always take my car back here and I am very happy with the way I was treated. I will tell all of my friends to use this dealership for service as well as car purchasing. Thanks for restoring my confidence in car dealerships! More
