I brought my car in for service for a recall and Nicole was very helpful. I was thinking of having my oil changed and she showed me how to check my oil life, which I didn't know I could do LOL It wasn't was very helpful. We went to just LOOK at some cars one night, and D was the first out to help us. He was so friendly and so willing to just give us all the information he could. D went in and got some keys for a car that we were interested in, and he just let us sit in it, showing us all the different features. We explained that we were just searching, and he said to keep him in mind! When we went back to test drive the car to see if we liked it, he took us out and answered all of our questions and concerns. We told him what we could afford, and what we wanted. He worked with us for about two days until we came to an agreement. he went out of his way to show us options that would fit our needs. D was by far the best sales person I have ever worked with! I was very pleased with the Service Waiting Area and all the friendly people. I brought my 2012 Honda CR-V in for a recall problem and went home. The dealership worked on our 2006 Civic Hybrid and got partial warranty for my IMA battery. They got the work done and supplied me with a loaner car which I needed.
