My visit was for a PCM cluth update recall. I had not purchased my Odyssey from this dealer, but it was closer to home. This was my first service visit. David was polite and friendly. I was immediately greeted by him, he took care of the paperwork efficiently and he offered me a free car wash and ushered me to the waiting area, which was comfortable and set up for someone like myself to be able to work while waiting. He made some service suggestions, but was not pushy about it, and my car was finished in a little less than the hour quoted. I would definitely use this dealer for service again. If my next visit is as successful, I woould buy my next Honda from them. More

lack of communication car in shop for over 6 hours had to arrange for ride to dealership to drop off was told it would be done by 4:00, which was generous(6 Hrs), i was called at 4:15 and told there was stil arrange for ride to dealership to drop off was told it would be done by 4:00, which was generous(6 Hrs), i was called at 4:15 and told there was still work to be done and i had to contact wyler honda shortly before closing(5:30) to see what the deal was. they said it was ready when i called. because of the length of time, i had no transportation to pick up vehicle. my service associate did offer to pick me up, but didnt have car seat for a my 2 year old and conversation ended there. my option was to pay over phone without seeing invoice and car would be unlocked with keys under mat parked outside because shop closed at six.
