I must say after looking around for a long time and dealing with several dealerships my experience here at Jeff Wyler Honda in Colerain was fantastic. I think at one time we had our sales guy Ryan Page running up and down from the showroom to where the Honda CR-V's were stored over and over and over again to see if we had the car we wanted in our color, in the LX, in AWD, not to mention it was raining. I brought in my 2010 CRV for routine maintenance and "winterizing". I was warmly greeted by service rep David King. David went over all the probable things to be checked and even remembered to ask me about the tire rotation the car needed. The work was done neatly and speedily and my peace of mind was well worth the reasonble cost- about $50. Later that evening it was noted on the news broadcast that Honda's CRV was one of the top cars for resale value- and that's due to excellent service maintenance from places like JEFF WYLER COLERAIN. I went in to the dealership and was greeted by Larry Bonelli. I told him that I was interested in the CR-V we went over everything as far as price, fuel mileage, ect. I had a Honda Fit which served me well because I prefer small cars. My husband's recent illness cost him his driver's license, so I needed to turn in the Fit and find a larger car for his comfort. Kim was very patient with me, showed me several cars and pointed out to plus and minus knowing that I needed a car higher off the ground with larger seats and I had price concerns. The Crosstour cost a little more than I had planned to spend but it was the best fit for my husband whose comfort is my greatest concern. My entire family is pleased with my decision. All staff who encountered me were pleasant and welcoming. Great experience. More
