The engine block on my 2006 Honda Civic had cracked. I called the dealership and inquired about the extended warranty letter Honda had sent out regarding this problem. Once the dealership had a chance to called the dealership and inquired about the extended warranty letter Honda had sent out regarding this problem. Once the dealership had a chance to look at the vehicle, they confirmed that was indeed the issue and worked with the manufacturer to replace the entire engine....no questions asked. The work was completed in a timely manner and Jake was great about keeping me up to date. It turned what is normally a very bad experience (cracked engine block) into a very positive one for me. More
I cannot say enough about the professional service I received on Saturday, January 12. And just being able to have the work done on a Saturday was certainly unexpected. David King was SO nice, and this after I arrived 30 minutes late. I recently moved and still have trouble judging how long it might take to get somewhere from my new address. I had a CHECK light come on and needed to find out the problem. They identified the problem, fixed it, checked out the car in general, and even ran it through the car wash. I spent many hours there waiting, paid cash for a used 2011 car and still have not gotten the carfax telling me anything about the car. Shame on me for believeing them when they said it would be just a second. I've called twice and was told they would e-mail it and I'm still waiting. Very poor service after they have your money!!! I was very impressed with Demareay McDonald. Demareay was very professional, informative and went above and beyond on trying to provide value. All aspects of the purchasing process was fun and enjoyable except for the finance closing at the end of the process. It is a necessary component but it could be better managed and presented so that it doesn't feel so much like the finance closing is trying to recoup or gain a monetary advantage by trying to speed you through the process. I almost walked out at this point but finally was satisfied. Then again, maybe I was just wore down. Regardless, I would still highly recommend Honda and Demareay to my friends. I currently own 2 Hondas and would not hesitate to buy another. More

I feel they wanted to do whatever they could to get my business and keep me coming back and they succeeded....very very good customer relations skills, very professional, very pleased! I would definitely recommend this particular location to my friends and co-workers, specifically Demareay and Hank...a couple of genuinely good guys! More
