We solicited bids from five area Honda dealerships through Edmunds.com. Jeff Wyler Honda was one of the first to respond with a price which we found to be the lowest. We called to verify that the price included everything we needed, and made an appointment to test drive. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted very courteously. We were relieved to find the atmosphere relaxed, welcoming, and very low pressure. It was 17° out but, John had our requested Accord warmed up and ready to go. He took his time going over the features and explained everything in enough detail for us to feel comfortable. We started on the normal test drive route, everything going smoothly, so we asked if we could try a rougher road, one that car salesman normally avoid. We were very happy with the performance, and returned to the dealership. Once inside, we laid out the quoted price from the Internet inquiry, interest rates we had researched at local banks, current used car listings, and trade in prices. We never felt high-pressure during the negotiations, and came to a deal with the Internet price honored, a better interest rate than the banks, and a fair price for our trade-in. We've had unpleasant car buying experiences in the past, but we were very pleased with the way we were treated at Jeff Wyler Honda. More

I had an appointment for 9 am to get the first oil change on my 2012 Honda CR-V I waited about a half hour in a very nice customer lounge, had a cup of hot chocolate and watched the morning news. From the time we walked into the Showroom, Jim Sweeney patiently listned to our needs & put that into perspective for us with a couple of options around the financing portion + the car options.
