I came into the dealership with my wife hoping to upgrade our 2006 Honda Civic to a brand new 2012 Honda Civic. I assumed it was going to take 3 hours to make a deal but Lance made it happen in under an hou our 2006 Honda Civic to a brand new 2012 Honda Civic. I was sent a video and full description of my choices, followed by a phone call from Matt (all in a very timely manner). I test drove a CR-V and even ended up taking it home overnight - the next day the papers were signed and now I am the proud driver of a beautiful new Honda!
