Went in for first service on my new 2012 Honda Accord V6 Coupe. Just oil and tire rotation. David, the service rep, was friendly and professional. I want to personally thank Demareay McDonald and the sales manager for earning our respect back. I have been a loyal Honda customer since 2007, however was denied the opportunity to trade in my vehicle sales manager for earning our respect back. Today was just supposed to be a service visit for an oil change but it turned into an opportunity to trade in my 2007 CRV for a 2013 Pilot. Demareay worked extremely hard to meet our budgets needs in terms of payment and we are really appreciative of that. Also for the sales manager who worked hard to accommodate our needs as well. Dee was very friendly from the time he talked to my boyfriend on the floor to the time we walked in the door. He was the first to greet us, wich was as soon as we opened the door to the showroom. It was a snowy day so we weren't looking around the lot, just came to look at a truck we saw online. Dee was very helpful in working with us on the budget we were looking for. He also kept light conversation while we were waiting. He was very friendly and kept the 4 year old we had with us busy. Dee was very good with remembering our names and making great eye contact. He included all three of us in the conversation, not just one person. (That includes the 4 year old, also) :) It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend Dee to others looking for a new or used car. More

My fiance and I went to the dealer to get an oil change on his 2004 Accord. While waiting, we walked around looking at newer Accords. Lannce came out to cheerfully greet us but did not pressure us. Long story short, we sat down with Lannce and told him the deal we wanted on the new Civic with my trade in, knowing darn well, he couldn't get it for us. Well, boy, were we wrong!!!!! Lannce went to bat for us and got us the deal we wanted not on just this one, but another vehicle. Needless to say, we actually didn't have plans to purchase one car, let alone two, but we did. Lannce was very knowledgeable of the vehicles while offering a NO PRESSURE approach to his sale. He has been a joy to work with on the initial sale and follow up with both sales. I HIGHLY recommend him. My mom is thinking about a new car, and I have already told her to work with Lannce. Between myself and my fiance, these two cars makes over 5 cars that were bought from Jeff Wyler Honda. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK THERE WHEN THE TIME COMES FOR A NEW CAR!!!!!! I would recommend this dealership however beware of pricey insurance they tried to slip onto my payment. I knew how much my payment should have been so noticed it right away.
