As usual, when I pulled into the service area for my appointment, I was greeted immediately, the necessary information gotten, & my car was on its way for the oil change. Because I'd been coughing whil appointment, I was greeted immediately, the necessary information gotten, & my car was on its way for the oil change. Because I'd been coughing while waiting for the car, I was provided with a complimentary water, which took care of the tickle in my throat right away. This was done in a most congenial, non-intrusive way that I really appreciated. I was in and out of there in under 45 minutes, with everything that was done explained & profuse apologies for not being able to wash the car, as is usually done, because of the below freezing temperature. All in all, the friendly, competent service I've come to expect at Wyler. More

This is my first time buying a car and I knew I wanted a car like a Cvic, but I had a lot of questions and was keeping my options open. On very short notice I asked to come from Dayton to Colerain to see a specific truck at 2:30 pm on Sat. Bought a new 2013 Pilot. Spoke with Lannce Hargrove on Thursday evening and gave him a description of what I was looking for and told him I would be there on Saturday at 9:00 AM to talk seriously. After discussions about price, trade-in, color and accessories we reached agreement and we now own a beautiful 2013 Pilot (ready to pull our boat in the Spring !).
