Last week, I drove into the lot at Jeff Wyler Honda, not knowing what to expect or even what to do. Ian Matthews was in the parking lot and I am super grateful that he was! A few hours later, I was driving knowing what to expect or even what to do. Ian Matthews was in the parking lot and I am super grateful that he was! A few hours later, I was driving away in my new car!!! He made the experience so great and I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson and experience! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and worked with me to make sure that I got just what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership and Ian to anyone I know who is looking for a car! More

On Saturday 3/31 my 2007 Fit sounded like something was falling off while exiting I75; I immediately drove to the dealership. I was sick with worry: I'm unemployed & on food stamps. The problem was a ruste falling off while exiting I75; I immediately drove to the dealership. I was sick with worry: I'm unemployed & on food stamps. The problem was a rusted cover on the catylic converter. I was told that I didn't really need the cover --I just shouldn't don't park in the grass after driving the car. I couldn't believe that I got in on A SATURDAY. The wait was minimal. No charge AND a free car wash!! I value their service department's integrity above everything. This isn't the first time that they have exceeded my expectations. I was in a month ago for a brake issue and they filled my empty windshield fluid. My deepest, sincerest "Thank You!" More

I was very pleased with the customer service. The whole visit was a long one, but I was asked on several occasions if I needed anything, was offered water, and if everything was going ok. John (Rogers) was very friendly, and did his best to make the experience a positive one for me, worked to get me the car I wanted, with a payment I could afford. From the moment I walked in, Nicole was friendly, attentive and helpful. Nothing was done to my car without my knowledge and consent. Everything was done in a timely manner and I was on my way. This is our second car through Jeff Wyler Honda on Colerain. My husband and I came in as we received a lot of calls, letters and emails to turn in our 2011 Accord lease early and get into a new car. We decided to look around to see if it would make sense for us. Demareay immediately put us at ease. He was very friendly and personable and you could tell he was very genuine in his responses.
