One of the first things he said to me was he wants to make this as easy as possible for me and my fiancé. He was very prepared and open to any questions that I had concerns with. He knew this was my first time buying a new car and he had all the patience in the world explaining to me how things work. We discussed a price that I felt I could work with and he made it happen. I wouldn't give John Rogers anything less than a perfect score. His professionalism and kindness will for sure give me reasoning to buy from him again. More

I have been going to Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain for several years to have my 2002 Honda Accord serviced and have been extremely pleased with the service that I have received. About 4 weeks ago I decid several years to have my 2002 Honda Accord serviced and have been extremely pleased with the service that I have received. About 4 weeks ago I decided to go to Jeff Wyler on a Sunday to look at possibly buying a new car. The showroom was very busy as there were many people there for the Spring sale. I was approached by Matt Bokeno and he asked if there was anything that he could help me with. I told him that I was just looking around and thinking about buying a new car, but had no plans on purchasing one right away. He said that he would be happy to help me. I was somewhat guarded and told him that if he could get one of the many people there that were looking to purchase a new car then he better hook up with one of them. He told me that he was in no hurry and stayed with me. I know that I am not the easiest person to deal with as I refuse to be hurried into buying anything! Matt took his time and was very patient with me. I test drove the Honda Civic EX and was very pleased with the test drive. Matt took his time explaining everything to me and worked with me to see what kind of deal I could get. I was not amused by the GM so I left without getting the car. I went back a couple of days later as Matt had been so helpful that I told him I would purchase a car IF I could work directly with him. Matt made that happen and I bought my 2013 Honda Civic EX from him. I was then introduced to Sean David who helped me with the financing and I felt very comfortable working with him. Thank you Sean for a good experience! If it hadn't been for Matt, I never would have bought my new car here. He is very friendly and I really feel that he really does care about the customer! He has followed up with me a couple of times to make sure that everything was going well with my new car. I would highly recommend Matt Bokeno if you are looking for someone that will help you without being pushy or obtrusive! Thank you Matt! I hope that you are still around when I buy my next car! More

DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP I called to ask if they had a specific car on their lot was told they did with out the sales person even putting me on hold for a min to check their inventory. I got there they didn't have the car but was told they could get one in fast. At this point i asked about some of the deals they had online and was told that there was no deal like that online. After i showed them the website i got an answer of that's wrong and they would not honor it. At this point I left and went to Performance Honda right now the road. I was treated much better at Performance and was able to get the car I wanted in just a couple hours. I will never go back to Jeff Wyler again. More

I was looking for a newer used Honda Accord under 30,000 miles and was jacked around by other dealerships(salesmen) in the Cincinnati area. I looked online and saw a couple of used ones I liked at Jeff Wyl miles and was jacked around by other dealerships(salesmen) in the Cincinnati area. I looked online and saw a couple of used ones I liked at Jeff Wyler. We met Lance Hargrove on the sales floor and he took care of us from there. One thing that I really liked about Lance that he was a personal guy and anything we asked he did. It got detailed once and there was still a couple spots and with no questions asked he took it right back down to detail. While talking to him we knew he was getting off at 6pm but he stuck with us until the deal was done at 8pm. From talking to many salesmen at many dealerships for weeks Lance served us well and when pulling off the lot I felt good and very comfortable after purchasing this vehicle. If anyone came to me looking for a new or used car I would aim them towards a Honda and Lance Hargrove. Thanks Lance More
I took my wife's Honda Accord Coupe in for an oil change. As I drove home after picking the car up, I could smell burning oil. More than half way home, I stopped at an intersection and smoke was comi change. As I drove home after picking the car up, I could smell burning oil. More than half way home, I stopped at an intersection and smoke was coming out from under the hood. Being close to home, I pulled into the drive opened the hood and discovered the valve cover was covered wih oil. Apparently the oil had also drained down onto the manifold producing the smoke. Both the oil-fill cap and dipstick were in place and correctly secured, so all I can guess is that the tech spilled the oil and didn't bother to clean it up. I cleaned it and once the engine had cooled removed the oil on the manifold with solvent. I called the dealership and spoke to a service person who apologized and stated that the service manager was gone for the day, but that he would call the next morning. He also said that although he was not in a position to "give things away" that he would recomemnd to the manager that we get the engine steam cleaned at no cost to us. That was over a week ago and I've heard nothing from the dealership. Very, very poor workmanship and even worse followup on customer concern. We will not be back. This addendum is being written after a return calll from the Wyler dealership. I spoke directly with Brian Sexton, the service manager, who apologized for the original service as well as the lack of followup. After a detailed explaination and assurances that some internal issues had been corrected, I stated that I would be willing to work with them and essentially allow them to prove that this was an isolated circumstance.Please note that I did amend my original ratings to reflect this change of position. More
