Service crooks Was provided a quote for service. Authorized the work and when arriving to pick up the vehicle, was expected to pay 50% more than quoted. Explanatio Was provided a quote for service. Authorized the work and when arriving to pick up the vehicle, was expected to pay 50% more than quoted. Explanation was that parts cost was not included in the quote. After much back and forth, they demanded I pay $450 more than quoted. I will never have a vehicle serviced or buy a vehicle from a Jeff Wyler dealership again. More

2 bad experiences in a row Receives a call from Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain yesterday confirming my recall appointment for today. Drove an hour to the dealership as did my husban Receives a call from Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain yesterday confirming my recall appointment for today. Drove an hour to the dealership as did my husband to pick me up because the repair was to take 4 hours. Arriving at the appointed time, I was told they could not do the repair that day. If they could call to confirm why could they not call or text and reschedule? My previous appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told my engine air filter was terrible and I also needed my cabin air filter replaced. My car was a year old with 15,000 miles. I chose not to replace the air filters. The next 2 times I took my CRV to a local trusted mechanic who assured me both filters were fine. what’s going on? Selling unneeded repairs to unsuspecting women is unconscionable! More
