I went in for an oil change, and came out with a new car! I met Jim at the coffee machine while i was waiting for an oil change, which was going to take a little longer than expected, and I said to myself, I met Jim at the coffee machine while i was waiting for an oil change, which was going to take a little longer than expected, and I said to myself, I am going to take a look at the New CRV, and see if I an oopen the rear hatch, since I had been told it had changed from the side to side opening, and since I am short, I wanted just to check it out! So I promptly took off my shoes, since that would have added several inches to my height, low and behold I could open and close the hatch. Jim was so polite, he said to me " I think you need to drive this, just to see how it handles" and we drove the first car! I think that I was hooked at that point, however, I did not want a red car, and I could not get a 3rd CRV that was Silver.... Yes, I still had my 2nd CRV in the service dept having the oil changed. Jim and I found the perfect color and options on a car in the backlot, however, it took everyone a little while to find the keys, since it was a demo, however, Jim told me a short time later, "this is your lucky day!". I purchased the exact one that I wanted. Needless to say, I am a happy camper, with a lot more options than my previous 2004 CRV. The next day, i had a few questions for Jim and he answered the questions, and found someone to help me out with the BlueTooth issue, it was an easy fix on my phone, not an issue with the car. Jim has made several follow-up phone calls and I can say that Yes, I have told numerous people to come to Jeff Wyler Colerain to shop for their new car!
