I found a car on their Internet site and called to make an appointment. When I arrived the car had been pulled to the front of the lot and I was handed the keys for a drive. I had been looking around for a car to fit my needs and was not really getting anywhere. However, when I walked into Jeff Wyler of Coleraine I was greeted and assisted by Ian who took the time to listen t was not really getting anywhere. I was given the time to test drive several vehicles, without any time or sales pressure, then given the chance to describe the experience afterwards. Bridgett presented a fantastic first offer very clearly with all key elements, pricing, car, and features. In the case of this dealer, they beat all offers on the model and had the model and color we wanted. The entire process was less than 1.5 hours from arriving to driving off the lot! Unbelievable!!!!!! I purchased another Honda only a month prior from another dealer, that experience was over 5 hours long and not pleasant. It resulted in my agreeing to a car less than I wanted after hours of waiting in a showroom. We drove over 100 miles to purchase from Wyler and I would and will buy from them again.
