Most recently, we dealt with Aaron Frisk in Sales and Joel Cooperstein in Finance. Both of these men tried very hard to give us the best deal and ensure that our experience was comfortable, fast, and catered to our needs. Obviously, you may want to do your research when selecting a car before you arrive. It gets fairly busy at times, so the more you know before you go makes things easier. Plus, know that your credit report will probably reflect 1-2 inquiries at a minimum. It was understood that there would only be one inquiry, but there ended up being 3 on mine. Not a huge deal in the end. However, it's good to know if you must watch that type of thing. More
