Took my vehicle in 6 weeks ago for an oil change, inspection & tire rotation. The first 3 were included when I purchased the vehicle. Much to my surprise, they only did a front to back tire rotation, inspection & tire rotation. The first 3 were included when I purchased the vehicle. Much to my surprise, they only did a front to back tire rotation, that my husband just noticed this week. The proper way to do this for an AWD or FWD vehicle with non-directional tires, is to do a cross directional rotation. I’m married to a mechanic, so it’s not like I had no idea what I’m talking about! I had 2 different people tell me to bring my car in @ 7am when they opened because if I scheduled it would be at least 3 weeks! After arriving @ 6:55am, they proceeded to tell me that no one would be there til 8am to do the work!!!! I dealt with the absolute moron of a service manager who proceeded to tell me that it’s not “Honda’s policy” to do a cross directional rotation & if I wanted that done it would cost me $19.99! Which makes zero sense because they have to put the vehicle on a lift anyway to rotate the tires! I also called 3 different tire shops & ALL of them told me they do cross directional rotations! I’m more than happy to pay for services, but the right thing to do was to comp the fee for the proper rotation because of being mislead about what time to arrive & it was $20! I declined because my husband can obviously do the correct rotation for FREE! Also, anytime you take your car in for service or just because, they give you a free car wash, which is great! The service manager brings my car out & says “Here’s your car”. I asked about the car wash & he just said “no”. I was a total “Karen” & called the store manager. He’s going to get everything taken care of for me, for FREE. I asked the store manager about the car wash & he told me they don’t even open it unless it’s 40 degrees out. Not sure why the service manager couldn’t have informed me of that. Completely understandable. I’ve purchased 3 Honda’s from this location, & other members of my family have purchased 6! I’m seriously considering NEVER giving them my business again!!!!! More
Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and blatant manipulation of this dealership. I got them down a measly $500 off MSRP and reserved a 2022 Civic on Aug. 1 of 2021 and was told the VIN that I had p manipulation of this dealership. I got them down a measly $500 off MSRP and reserved a 2022 Civic on Aug. 1 of 2021 and was told the VIN that I had put my deposit on was "in transit" and would be on the lot by September 11th. On OCTOBER 4th the dealership finally informed me, after I had reached out multiple times, that the paperwork that I and the sales manager, "JB", signed was just for "that type" of car. The sales manager on the phone said it was just a generic VIN number that they put at the top of the page. (VIN numbers aren't generic that's the point of them!) They had obviously sold the car from under me after I had been waiting for months because they were able to make a bit more money. I then asked the sales manager how he felt he could smooth over the situation and he explained that they were "at the bottom end of the deal" and they couldn't even black out the logos when the next car came in. I proceeded to call out the sales manager on their antics and he voided my paperwork and shredded the files. Do not do business with Jeff Wyler, John Booth, Marcus Campbell, or their oh so generous "sales managers". Skip this dealership altogether. More
Do not try to purchase a vehicle from Jeff Wyler. They will state the have vehicles when they do not. And they will also do a bait and switch over the price of the vehicle/. will state the have vehicles when they do not. And they will also do a bait and switch over the price of the vehicle/. More
orrible car buying experience. These guys are rude, pushy, aggressive, dishonest and slimy. Don't be fooled by their prices. they tack on insane fees. I bought a car at $11,400 and ended up having to p pushy, aggressive, dishonest and slimy. Don't be fooled by their prices. they tack on insane fees. I bought a car at $11,400 and ended up having to pay a total of over 15k with all the fees that they do not disclose. My car is already having issues and if I could go back I would walk away immediately. Look at all of the other 1 star reviews. Corporate clearly doesn't care how people are treated. Danny is extremely aggressive and disrespectful and Matthew is incredibly dishonest and shady. If you want to be treated with respect and walk away feeling like you made a good purchase, DO NOT BUY from Jeff Wyler Colerain. More
One of the worst customer Experience that I have ever in buying a car !!! If they do not want to sell a car, they could have told us !!! Rather they yelled and shouted for asking for a final price point for buying a car !!! If they do not want to sell a car, they could have told us !!! Rather they yelled and shouted for asking for a final price point for a lease and keep on asking for running credit and when asked why, they keep on telling dont waste their time! Come on the entire dealership just had their employees . I took an appointment and went there, but no one came to us for the first 15 minutes, even if no one was with any customers, rather they were chatting and laughing each other. When I showed an email with a price from other dealer, rather than telling they cannot match/beat it; they said it is a lie and treated us like cheap guys trying to stole a card from them….. Many of my friends also had similar experience…. They will be extra friendly on the phone, but if you go there, they becomes rude and unprofessional. So avoid this place at any cost… We got our new Honda Pilot from Perfomance Honda, and these guys need to learn how to treat a customer from them… More

I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. Remember that you can walk away if they change the terms of the deal by changing the price or changing the financing on you. We did get a lower price Remember that you can walk away if they change the terms of the deal by changing the price or changing the financing on you. We did get a lower price and a better deal from a different dealership. They would not beat their offer. More

I'm HIGHLY disappointed! Website says with troubled credit however I was shrugged off. I got NO response back from finance after we (sales) corresponded and they asked what they can do, even after I se credit however I was shrugged off. I got NO response back from finance after we (sales) corresponded and they asked what they can do, even after I sent a follow-up email asking if they would review my situation. I filled out a credit application but Sales Dept were the only people that responded. Don't waste time here or let them pull your credit cause they aren't gonna try very hard to get you in a car. They will only help if your credit is 650 or higher. They sent an onslaught of emails trying to sell the car I was interested in but that was all the help I could get. I almost have the amount of money together they 'required' for a downpayment on the vehicle I chose, but if Jeff Wyler finance cannot be bothered to return my emails then I will take my down payment somewhere else and I'll certainly share this experience. I will try to keep this short, but... I went to purchase a used Honda Odyssey. It was in fantastic shape when I went to check it out. I was really excited to make a deal on it. They made me initail a paper a used Honda Odyssey. It was in fantastic shape when I went to check it out. I was really excited to make a deal on it. They made me initail a paper about a quoted payment price and at first, and went with the classic, "Let me check with the manager.". Upon the salespersons return, I rejected to offer they came back with, and ultimately left. Once I was home, I reconsidered and decided I wanted it, even though they wouldn't work with me. I went back the next day on my lunch from work to sign the paperwork. Little did I know that on that payment sheet, they had added fabric protection, a third brake light "pulse", and another charge totalling over $2,000! When I was signing, I noticed the total was higher then expected and questioned the finance guy. He explained what the additional charges were. I told him no one explained any of that to me, and they need to be removed. He called the salesperson, who tried to sell me on them at that point. I declined. I thought everything was taken off the finance guy prints up all the paperwork and we start again. Total is still not right. Question finance guy, he calls the salesperson. They removed the fabric protection and the oil change package but not the $995 pulse light. The salespeson told me that it had already been installed so they couldn't take that off. I explained to him that it is a $20 part, I am not paying $995 for it,and I do not even want my light to do that. I advised him that it needs to be removed. Finally, everything was right on the paper work. Guys, my payment went from $220 WHEN I WALKED IN, TO $158. Just from removing these erroneous charges. Now, I feel like that it is common knowledge to watch for this stuff with car dealers, but they almost slipped it by me. Now, for the reason I wrote this review. I was proud of my modest 2008 Honda Odyssey, and I am very detail orientated. When, I came the next day to pick it up, I noticed that it had two dents in the hood. I had not noticed these before, but thought I just missed them. I was disappointed that I didn't see them before I made the purchase, and it drives me nuts that they are there. I would certainly notice something like this and couldn't believe it. Until today. To entice me to buy the car the saleperson sent me pictures. One from the front, and one from the back. The first day I looked at the car there were no dents in the hood as catoluged by the pictures the salesperson sent. I feel someone did this because I rejected the services offered. Or maybe it was just an accident, that they didn't take resposibility for. Either way, I have a van with dents, that didn't have dents when I looked at it and pictures to prove it. More
