Saturday oil change I needed an oil change quickly when my service indicator lit up. I called about 9 AM to check availability. I was told to come in, and there would I needed an oil change quickly when my service indicator lit up. I called about 9 AM to check availability. WoW!!! We started out browsing cars on the internet. We asked for internet quotes from 4 different dealerships. John Booth was the first to reply and he wa We started out browsing cars on the internet. We asked for internet quotes from 4 different dealerships. John Booth was the first to reply and he was honest and upfront throughout the experience. We received another quote from a competitor and their price was much lower. John said that if anyone beat his price to let him know. We shared our quotes with him and he came back and offered $100 less. We didn't have our financing yet so we had to return the following week to tidy things up. When we got there the following week, the CRV we wanted was not in stock and there was only 1 in the Tristate area. John did everything possible to get us a vehicle that we would be happy with. He worked to get us the pricing that worked for us. He bent over backwards to make sure it was an enjoyable experience for us all. He even went as far as tying a bouquet of balloons on the car for my daughter. John is very dedicated. I felt bad because he was out to lunch with his wife and he cut it short to come help us. It was a very long day but he tried really hard to keep a smile on our faces. So far we are very happy with our new CRV. More

I told Aaron and the guys what I was looking for and they came back in no time at all with terms I felt comfortable with. I did not feel over pressured to do something I did not want to, which is something that has happened in the past at other dealerships. Every single person I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. They even put me in contact with an Allstate agent who saved me more money on car insurance. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. More
