Family Need for an upgrade Back in 2012 we purchased a CR-V thinking that would be a car we would be able to use until it no longer ran. Come 2014 our third was born and fitting 3 car seats into the back of a CR-V is doable but crammed and hard to get everyone in and out. I was thinking about going with an Odyssey, and was looking for information about trade in value, cost of car, etc. Test drove one which felt just as good as the CR-V with all the room for to accommodate our family as they grew older. Al worked with us on the trade in as well as get the cost of the vehicle with what we could comfortable afford. We are very happy with the purchase as well as everyone being comfortable sitting in their own sections. Thank you! More

After purchasing a new certified car from Jeff Wyler that immediately had to be put into the shop for multiple problems, he was the only person that felt my pain and believe it or not said sorry!!! After talking to sales managers and leaving messages(unanswered), he was the only one that tried to understand me. I wish he worked in sales or the sales department needs to learn from him how to treat the customer, especially one that just spent thirty thousand dollars on a car that has to be put in the shop the day after buying it, and for more than two problems. Doug is the perfect example of what we all expect to be treated like by a Honda employee. Very professional and kind. Its sad for me to say but don't expect it from everyone that works there! More

Coolant issues in 2003 Civic For a while, we had a very frustrating experience with our 2003 Civic because there were difficulties in finding the cause of a coolant leak after the For a while, we had a very frustrating experience with our 2003 Civic because there were difficulties in finding the cause of a coolant leak after the engine had overheated. Initially, we spent a significant amount of money to have the repairs done. Unfortunately the leak kept returning and so we kept coming back. On the positive side, everyone there was fantastic in continuing to work on the problem. Eddie, Jake, Ginny and Jenny were consistently patient and polite and kept working at it. I believe that the problem is now resolved. They also did not charge us for the follow up work, which was extremely fair and first-class. Overall, we are very pleased that they dealt with us openly and fairly and kept working until the problem was resolved. I can say that I trust them and feel that they will do their best to take care of their customers. More

Horrible service experience - first and last Honda!! I bought a 2013 CRV from this dealership in May of 2013. Since day 1 I have had horrible gas mileage and a computer that is incredibly inaccurate. W I bought a 2013 CRV from this dealership in May of 2013. Since day 1 I have had horrible gas mileage and a computer that is incredibly inaccurate. When I took it in for service they claim they could find nothing wrong. I was advised to use the econ function. I kept that on for an entire month (at a salesperson's advice) - not 1 iota of difference. There is a problem with the back windows moving down on their own when the weather is below 10 degrees. It's an intermittent problem. I've taken the car in for service for that issue several times. They can never find anything wrong!! Just this week both back windows came down. I called the service department and was told that means the computer needs to be reprogrammed!! What does the computer have to do with electric windows? I was told previously to bring it in with the windows down so they can check the mechanism in the door. They put the windows up and "observed" the car. They did not take the panel off or even look at the workings in the door. They just observed. And they claim that Honda has not heard of this problem in any other CRV!! I had no problem finding this problem when I Googled it. Edmunds.com also has a forum on this same problem. I guess they are just waiting out the warranty. I would never, ever recommend a Honda CRV to anyone. It is the worst car I have ever owned!! And I would never consider buying ANY type of car from ANY of the Wyler dealers based on how badly I have been treated. More
