5 Stars Across The Board! This was my first experience buying a new car and I was a little nervous about how it was going to go. The first day I went there I was greeted outsid This was my first experience buying a new car and I was a little nervous about how it was going to go. The first day I went there I was greeted outside the door by salesperson Adam Heltemes and manager Lance Hargrove. They were immediately kind, helpful, and comforting. Lance let me know that Adam would take excellent care of me and gosh was he spot on. Not only did Adam go through all of Honda's models but he knew every spec, detail, and color I inquired about. Talk about impressive! He never had to ask a single person for help! Lance checked on me a couple times just to make sure that I was feeling more comfortable with everything and I was really impressed with that also. Not once did I feel rushed, and not once did I feel like they were trying to pry on how naive I was too all of this car stuff. I left the first day to think over stuff and Adam was so nice about it, almost knowing I'd be back for that 2015 Civic I had my heart set on. As I walked out of the dealership today with the keys to my brand new Civic in my hand, I knew I had made the right decision sticking not only with the Honda line, but with Jeff Wyler's legacy! INCREDIBLE customer service and an even better car! My family and I will be back!! More

I LOVE my Honda dealership! I got a 2013 Honda Fit from this dealership. I was so in love with that car. I saw the 2015 Fit and loved it as well. They had a vehicle exchange p I got a 2013 Honda Fit from this dealership. I was so in love with that car. I saw the 2015 Fit and loved it as well. They had a vehicle exchange program that worked out great for us. Everyone in the dealership was very nice to us but Adam Heltemes helped us. That man was wonderful. He was full of information and didn't have to run off to find the answers to our questions. He gave us the time we needed to consider our options. Once we decided to upgrade he kept us informed of what was happening so we weren't just waiting and wondering. I love my new car! I am more than happy with ALL the experiences I've had with this dealership (including the service department.)
