I decided on a Honda Pilot and my must have list was very specific. As soon as we pulled into the dealership we were greeted by Adam Heltemes. He asked how he could help and listened to my wish list. He had us jump into a car so he could chauffeur my very pregnant self to the Honda Pilot Touring. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the features on the Pilot. The first one he showed me was the exact one I wanted. It turned out the leasing terms weren't exactly what I was looking for so I didn't make any decisions the first day. Adam checked in with me the next day. I still wasn't sure what my next steps were and felt no pressure. I ended up making a very quick decision to purchase the Honda Pilot Touring on the third day. I called Adam with very specific time constraints and few add on requests. Adam and the finance team prepared the car and paperwork in record time. He made the car buying experience extremely pleasant. I never felt pressured. Adam was very honest and I knew I could trust everything he told me.
