He was very pleasant and patient. He eventually helped us settle on a new Honda Civic. We found some blemishes on the left rear panel. Adam arranged to have the car re-finished and provided us with a rental at no cost to us. He helped guide us through the purchasing journey freely answering any questions. Captiva to CR-V I purchased a Chevy Captiva and turned out to have a major leak in the Windshield. I immediately returned the vehicle and they paid for my rental whil I purchased a Chevy Captiva and turned out to have a major leak in the Windshield. I immediately returned the vehicle and they paid for my rental while we can up with a solution. Because the leak in my eyes was contributing to health risks and other factors, we reversed my sale and I got a CR-v in trade. Even though this was horrible that is was happening, my sales rep Byron was there to answer all questions as I asked. In return for my troubles I received two free details and $100 visa gift card. Byron made sure we were comfortable the whole (long) visit and really none of this was his fault. Byron was very friendly as though I felt that some others had an attitude for Honda's mistake. More
