Not Trustworthy, Clear, or Professional DO NOT give your business to Jeff Wyler on Colerain Avenue. Although I was told by JW that the transmission was assessed and given the okay within the DO NOT give your business to Jeff Wyler on Colerain Avenue. Although I was told by JW that the transmission was assessed and given the okay within the last 8 months on my recently purchased used vehicle, it had some serious transmission issues that required towing and unfortunately, I bought the car as-is - my mistake I suppose. However, the way I've been treated and the run-around I've been given as a customer is what's most appalling. I have now spoken and/or left voicemails for 14 people about an unclear line in the paperwork that states I can request service within 30 days. I've been hung up on and sent to dead end lines and two of the managers have talked to me like a crazy person when all I wanted was clarity and understanding regarding assistance I thought I could request given this line in the paperwork. They are not clear, not trustworthy, not helpful, and not professional. It hasn't even been 30 days and I don't even have the title in my hands yet. The gentlemen who sold me the car was wonderful to work with and was the most helpful in this process actually. The managers I dealt with were not - they are noted below.
