Went there to look at a new CRV and test drive one. Asked while we were driving if they were dealing and the salesman said they were going for MSRP. Needless to say we didn’t buy that car. We went to Kings Honda and ordered one for MSRP and just picked it up Feb 1st. More

Worst car buying experience of my life and I’ve been buying new vehicles for 45 years. Sent me a an “Exclusive Member Price”, then tacked on a 10k premium once I drove 3-1/2 hour to get to the dealershi buying new vehicles for 45 years. If I could give 0 stars I would. Pushy, rude and tried to mark up the car by 5k after running our credit. I will never step foot in this dealership again. Scammers is the only word I know. I did an online inquiry for a new Honda, and they priced it to me at MSRP. Then when we started to finish the deal, they informed me that there was a $5,000 over list price market adjustment. He just happ it to me at MSRP. Then when we started to finish the deal, they informed me that there was a $5,000 over list price market adjustment. He just happened to forget to mention that. I understand this is a hot market, but dealers need to be upfront about the pricing and not sneak it in at the last minute. More

Shady sales tactics to tack 5k over MSRP on my price, including saying it was included in the already ticketed price. My trade in payment was not listed on quoted prices, they told me not to worry about including saying it was included in the already ticketed price. I guess because I was expecting 1500 on trade in lease and it was actually about 3k back on the lease but they didn't inform me of the extra. The adjustment is not listed on any signed documents, just the higher "agreed" upon price. I don't have a copy of a paper stating the specific 5k adjustment, and another $100 accessory fee that was never discussed that I now see on the lease. My cash down payment isn't correctly documented. SHADY! I can't undo my signed lease and they refuse to work with me on their "barely above the bar" sales tactics, but maybe this review can prevent it from happening to someone else. More
