Made a deal via email for my 90 year old Grandfathers new car. Offered several times to leave a deposit to hold the car till Monday when he could pick it up. He wanted it in a specific color that our local dealer didn't have. before driving an hour with him in the to buy it I confirmed several times that they had the car and were holding it for me. The sales manager ever emailed me 2 times over the weekend confirming my appointment for monday. They sold the car 2 hours before we got there at the agreed upon time on Monday morning after driving my grandfather over an hour to get his new car. I held up my end of the deal completely showing up with a check in hand, I can't say the same for them. More
I would like to know how you try to sell a transfer case and rear differential service on a 2wd vehicle. This is the third time they've tried to do this! Additionally, how do you get away with charging a 15 and rear differential service on a 2wd vehicle. This is the third time they've tried to do this! Additionally, how do you get away with charging a 15 dollar markup on transmission oil and charge $215 dollars to complete a transmission service. This did not include a filter change! This takes them 35 minutes at most to complete. The only thing the service did was take out the drain plug and replace the oil. Cost me $399.00 to take out a drain plug and replace the oil. Unbelievable how bad they are ripping people off. More
What a completely unprofessional and upsetting experience. We were at this dealership ready to purchase the car we picked out. We made an appointment hours earlier. WE TEST DROVE THE CAR. We were filling out paperwork when we were told "Sorry, someone else bought that car". That alone is bad enough. I thought it was at least an accident. but it was NOT AN ACCIDENT. We found out that someone else had test driven the car the day before and decided to think it over. When the salesperson caught wind that someone else was interested, KNOWING WE WERE SITTING RIGHT THERE, called the other people and told them to come in right away. They did and we didn't get the car. What a crap experience. What a crap way to treat your customers. I am so angry. I will make it my personal MISSION to spread as much negative attention to this dealership as I can. What a completely unprofessional and upsetting experience. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I had to contact a lawyer about my problems with my vehicle. Service and management are awful. All they do is pass the buck to one person to another. I bought a vehicle in March and had it for 3 weeks, the first time I tried to use the AC , it blew warm air. This place never disclosed this to me and refused to do anything about it. I’m the end it cost m first time I tried to use the AC , it blew warm air. This place never disclosed this to me and refused to do anything about it. I’m the end it cost me $2100 to fix and I still have temporary tags on it. If you know what is best for you and your money stay away from Jeff Wyler. They are worse than a buy here, pay here lot. I took my car to be serviced. I’ve been there so many times and never a problem. Today they pulled my car around with a scratch on it. Fresh scratch with yellow paint and white sc I’ve been there so many times and never a problem. Today they pulled my car around with a scratch on it. Fresh scratch with yellow paint and white scuffs. I called it out and they never apologized instead reviewed the cameras for 30 minutes while I stood there waiting. Something so easily fixed by a quick wash or buff. They then showed me “evidence” of a scratch on the side already with their camera and said I brought it in like that. Only problem is no scratch I see on the video. Still refused to admit fault or apologize when I understand accidents happen and all it would have taken to make it right. Pictures of actual scratch and their “evidence” of it being there prior to visit. More
