I bought a vehicle in March and had it for 3 weeks, the first time I tried to use the AC , it blew warm air. This place never disclosed this to me and refused to do anything about it. I took my car to be serviced. I’ve been there so many times and never a problem. Today they pulled my car around with a scratch on it. I called it out and they never apologized instead reviewed the cameras for 30 minutes while I stood there waiting. Something so easily fixed by a quick wash or buff. They then showed me “evidence” of a scratch on the side already with their camera and said I brought it in like that. Only problem is no scratch I see on the video. Still refused to admit fault or apologize when I understand accidents happen and all it would have taken to make it right.
