Chad Jasper was our sales agent and I can honestly say we have never had a nicer, more professional and courteous sales agent. We appreciated the knowledge he relayed without the fluff and he recognized our concerns. My only slight disappointment was the price as I felt our trade was worth a little or the price of the van could have been lowered as we didn't ask for much in that dept. But, all in all we were very happy with Chad and the courtesy of all the staff we dealt with at Jeff Wyler Honda. More

I did everything I could online to decide what car I wanted, except actually drive it. I had emails from 2 sales people. I went with Shawn McGreevy. He did a great job. Once I drove the Fit and decided that was the one I wanted I called some other dealerships for pricing. I found one that quoted a lower price, including the options I wanted to add to the car. I gave Shawn the info. Just as he told me earlier, they matched the price. I did the same with financing. By the time I came in and signed papers they were able to drop the interest rate even below what was the lowest of anyplace just a few days before. More

We first bought a Honda P Finding Shawn at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence is like finding a great restaurant - you just want to come back for more! We first bought a Honda Pilot from Shawn back in 2011. Had a great experience with that transaction so when it was time for another vehicle, we didn't hesitate to get in touch with him again. With Shawn's help, we just took delivery of a shiny new CR-V EXL. Shawn arranged for us to have an extended test drive to insure that the vehicle was right for our needs. Then he worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. At delivery, he patiently took time to explain all the features and how to pair of our iPhones with the infotainment system. I just spoke with Shawn about some additional accessories I wanted to add. Shawn arranged to order everything and said he'd have someone contact me for the installation when the items arrive. Throughout the entire process, Shawn has bent over backwards to assist us in getting the car and the deal we wanted. I highly recommend Shawn to everyone! More

I made a point of requesting that the routine maintenance be performed during this time period. I regret to say, it was not. However when I called back the service department was extremely apologetic and offered a discount to compensate for the additional visit that would now be necessary. The good customer service rating is based on the body shop's failure to make the requested arrangements with the service department. If this were a rating on the service department only, my rating would be excellent. More
