Could have been better We picked this location because they had the largest selection available in the internet. While some of the cars still listed online were no longer av We picked this location because they had the largest selection available in the internet. While some of the cars still listed online were no longer available, we were able to easily find what we wanted. The problem that we had with the whole experience was the time it took from settling on a price before we could sign the paperwork. We had to wait almost 2 hours before we could go into the office. It may have not been do bad if we didn't watch Tim take a half-hour break and not really care when told we were in a hurry and had been at the dealership for over 3 hours by then. Don't know if the added inventory was worth the aggravation we experienced. More

The original salesman I spoke to on the phone AND detailed out my specific needs passed me onto the floor manager who had no idea I was coming - frustrating when I had specifically set an appointment. Not a great start, but Dave Barnhart immediately jumped into action. He introduced me to Charles who then took charge. I asked Charles for a fair deal for my trade, a fair deal on the new car - I received both so I purchased the car. It was that easy. Thank you!! More

Great experience , great people! My experience at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence was great! I saw a vehicle on their website and sent an email asking for more information. I got a reply My experience at Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence was great! I saw a vehicle on their website and sent an email asking for more information. I got a reply back from Chad Jasper who sent me back all the information I asked for plus more! I met with him a few days later, he had the vehicle ready for me to take a test drive, and had the knowledge about the vehicle to answer all my questions. Chad was great to work with and made me feel very comfortable. We made the deal and I got the vehicle I wanted with all the options I was looking for! I know where to go when I'm ready to make another vehicle purchase! Thank you Chad, thank you Jeff Wyler Honda! More

Shawn had another client that showed up at the same time as we did, so to be fair the remainder of the transaction was mainly with Scott, while Shawn often checked in on us. So Simple My husband and I were unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle after an accident. I never enjoy the process of buying a new car and was certainly My husband and I were unexpectedly in the market for a new vehicle after an accident. I never enjoy the process of buying a new car and was certainly not looking forward to it this time, but this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience we have ever had. Mike and Dan were both very kind and willing to work with us to get the car we desired (a 2015 Accord Sport.) Even when it was found that the car I fell in love with on their lot had a cracked windshield, they had the same car in from another dealer the next day. Very pleasant buying experience - I highly recommended this dealership. More
