Since his college is over 3 1/2 hours away we wanted a car that is reliable with low miles. We looked at other dealerships to try to find him a car. When we came back to Jeff Wyler we wanted to work with Shawn McGreevy again. He sold us a car and my mother a car and we had a great experience in the past. This time was no different. We found a great car and a fair price and he and the staff was great to work with again. He is so thoughtful and funny. It was my mom’s birthday and he took the time to give her a balloon and a flower. Thanks again. More

Service department treats you like you are valued I took my Pilot in to have it looked at for a noise coming from the right front wheel. They took it out for a drive and came to me and let me know it I took my Pilot in to have it looked at for a noise coming from the right front wheel. They took it out for a drive and came to me and let me know it was a wheel baring going bad and that they could fix it right away. It was covered under the warranty. The car was fixed and I was out of there 30 minutes quicker than the estimated time. They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable while in their store. There is a person that will come around to make sure you are fine and offer you a drink or get an update on your vehicle. It is just nice to see a business caring more about you than caring for just the bottom line. Most company's would not pay the extra person to ensure that there is a customer experience. More

I'm one of those people who do a ton of research before making this kind of purchase and Tom went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and work with us till we were able to get the deal where we needed and wanted it to be on our new 2015 Pilot. Will be future repeat customers, probably next February when our next lease is up! Nicest financing guy and sales manager we've ever come across as well and we've dealt with 3 other car dealerships for leases over the last 3 1/2 years so that's saying a lot. More

Great Car Buying Experience I do not write many reviews about service, but I was happy to do so with the purchase of my new Honda Odyssey. Our salesperson was Chad Jasper and h I do not write many reviews about service, but I was happy to do so with the purchase of my new Honda Odyssey. Our salesperson was Chad Jasper and he was a pleasure to work with. We decided to take a look at vehicles a few days before our purchase and was approached by Chad at the car lot. He was very professional and helpful in answering any questions. I liked that he was not pushy and aggressive as that can be a real turn off when you are considering making a purchase of any type product or merchandise. We contacted Chad when we were ready to return to the dealership. He made our experience very easy from the test drive to completing the purchase of our vehicle. Chad took the time to go over the features of our new vehicle and answer any questions that we had before leaving the dealership. He also offered to help with any additional questions. Chad gave us a follow up call to find out how things were going with our new purchase. We really appreciate all his hard work and effort in trying to make sure our experience was awesome!! I would definitely recommend Chad to anyone that is interested in making a car purchase - GREAT JOB!!! I would also like to say it was a pleasure meeting and working with Dan in Sales and Tim in Finance. These gentlemen also made the purchase of our Odyssey a very smooth process and I thank them all so much for it. I think the sales and service staff at Jeff Wyler are great as this is not the first vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. More
