Salesman was outstanding. Financial guy, not so much. Our 22 year old grandson needed a better car. Worked with Chad Jasper, what a nice guy. He worked with our grandson trying to see what he could buy on his own. Being very young, his credit wasn't ready for a new car. Chad then worked with me and my grandson setting me up as a co-signer and finding my grandson a reliable used car within his budget. We were very happy at the end of the deal and Chad did an outstanding job and made us feel like we were his best customer (even though we were just buying a used vehicle). After Chad got us all lined up and passed us off for the financial paperwork, that was another story. I won't go into it, but, it took way too long for his end. And by the way, Chad apologized for that guy even though it wasn't his fault. So if you're looking for a nice car buying experience, stop by and see Chad Jasper at Florance Honda. More

They're some recent changes I've noticed that has greatly increased the customer experience. The ability to create a profile and add your vehicles to the profile was a great move. But the ability to schedule an appointment online is the way of the future. I've used the online scheduling system 3 times now and each time they are ready and waiting to service my vehicle. You also receive e-mail reminders prior to the appointment. Keep up the great work. More
