Working with Henderson was 5 stars, he was courteous, quick and efficient! The welcoming host in service was very courteous as well. I had a problem with the on-line appointment process. It allowed me quick and efficient! The welcoming host in service was very courteous as well. I had a problem with the on-line appointment process. It allowed me to make an appointment time that your service Dept could not complete. You notified me via text/phone on Friday that I would need to make a new appointment. I called Service on Sat. and was given very confusing comments by a very condescending rep. I could make an appointment months down the road or bring it in Monday morning, leave the car and they would attempt to complete the service. The entire service on Monday was 5 star, the employee on Saturday was a 1 star. More
