They know how to serve the customer We have 2 Hondas, an '07 Pilot and a '13 Accord, both purchased from Wyler Florence. All service has been performed by them, including one body shop We have 2 Hondas, an '07 Pilot and a '13 Accord, both purchased from Wyler Florence. All service has been performed by them, including one body shop visit for the Pilot. We've had so many positive experiences it would be hard to list them. They are honest, won't do service that isn't needed, and treat you with respect. They really are there to help you. More

This is the third car I have purchased from Jeff Wyler Honda. Overall, my experience with this dealer is very good. My only qualm is that it would have been nice to throw in the "All Weather" car mats for FREE! :-) Given this was my third car purchase. More

We were able to take our leisurely time and enjoy a nice stroll through the lot. I don't know about you, but I LOVE to shop; and what more fun than shopping for a brand NEW car! So it was a very pleasant experience for my husband, me and our kids. He was very knowledgeable and also had no problems with walking us through all of our questions. We were there for quite awhile and Shawn made sure that our kids had plenty to do while we got all the paper work completed! Like I said, what an amazing experience and what a great guy! searching for a goog used Honda Pilot I was looking for a used Honda Pilot that I could afford, with 3rd row seating, so that I would have enough room in my vehicle for all 5 of my grandch I was looking for a used Honda Pilot that I could afford, with 3rd row seating, so that I would have enough room in my vehicle for all 5 of my grandchildren to ride with me. I had visited a Honda dealership on the East side of Cincinnati prior to coming to the Honda dealership in Florence, Ky. I got upset & left there, (the Cincy dealership) because a younger sales associate was assigned to help me, & I found him to be arrogant, not very friendly, & not very helpful. My experience @ Honda in Florence was just the opposite. They were super helpful, cared that I found just the right vehicle that I was happy with, & were unbelievably nice throughout the whole process! Honestly, they were so darn nice that I didn't even mind paying their asking price for the vehicle!Tom Judd (one of the sales managers), & Shawn McGreevy, were especially helpful. I had 4 of my grandchildren with me, & Shawn was blowing up balloons for them & giving them coloring books & crayons while we waited on the financing to be approved. My down payment largely consisted of an insurance check for my vehicle that had been totaled in an accident the week before. The check hadn't come in the mail yet, when I arrived @ Florence Honda, but they were still willing to work out the deal with me, contingent on the check's arrival. The vehicle I selected wouldn't be ready for a few days, due to the fact that it was part of the large airbag recall, so they put it in writing that Honda would provide me with a loaner car till the vehicle was ready. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Shawn willingly spent half an hour going over all the gadgets on the car. He was so nice that my grandkids asked if they could come back & visit him sometime! Best car-buying experience ever! More
