We went looking about a month ago at Jeff Wyler and found the new Ci My wife had never had a brand new, all her own car, before, and she deserved one. We went looking about a month ago at Jeff Wyler and found the new Civic that she wanted. We sat down and talked with both Jeff and Paul about what we needed to do to get the car. They didn't pressure us or hold us hostage, they simply listened, showed us what deal we could get, and let us leave the lot. We had a few things come up, so we weren't able to make the purchase in April. Paul and Jeff were very nice about it, and that stuck with me. Fast forward to May. I had the paperwork on the car from April, called Jeff (who remembered me) and Paul and told them we were ready to make the deal. They went and got the car my wife wanted from another location, kept us informed during the whole process, and now my wife is the happiest new car owner you will ever see! Thanks to Paul, Jeff, the new car manager, and the finance manager for making the process a lot more enjoyable than it should have been. More
