A WHOLE NEW EXPERIENCE!!! We have had a lot of really bad experiences at car dealerships, including the day before I came to this one. I decided to try a different approach to finding a used car, and when I was transferred to Eric, I was very up front about what we wanted, what we needed, and how much we could spend, and I asked him to be up front with us and to not play any games. He assured me he wouldn't, but I was a bit hesitant to believe him because of our previous experiences. We were interested in a car at another Jeff Wyler location, and he made arrangements for the car to be brought to the Florence location (which was very close to where my husband works). When we arrived, the car was not there yet (due to rush hour traffic), and instead of Eric leaving us in the lobby to wait, he gave us a tour of the dealership. He offered us complimentary bottles of water or coffee, and told us about the service department, car wash, and much more. You could tell how much he really loves his job and working with people. After the car arrived, he showed us the features of the vehicle, and then we took a test drive. When we came back, we told him we were definitely interested, but we were worried about our financing. Instead of just taking down information, he still held a conversation with us, made us feel at ease, and I don't think any of us stopped smiling the entire time - Eric is just that pleasant of a person to deal with. He brought over Dan to discuss financial details, and we were able to see the breakdown of all the deal. Again, no pressure. Eric always introduced us, and people always offered a handshake when they introduced themselves. This location is so professional, calm, and relaxing. Did I say relaxing about a car dealership??? Yes, we were never stressed out here. We were never pressured. We never felt like we HAD to buy the car. Eric Simpson is one of the kindest, thoughtful, and caring persons we have met in a long time, and he is a car salesman!!!! Can you believe it? Seriously, if you are in the market to find a car, ask for ERIC SIMPSON.......you won't be disappointed! He will go above and beyond to try to find you what you are looking for. In the end, I asked him if I could hug him because I was so happy. This was truly a whole new experience for us when it comes to buying cars! I cannot say enough good about the place, the people, and especially Eric. Thank you! More

I knew it had been several months since oil change and tire rotation so scheduled appointment for all three. The morning of the work, I had some trouble starting, and the engine sounded rough. It also shuddered badly over 35 mph. Upon arrival... "You don't really need an oil change--it's at about 50%. But we have a recommended service package at 105k, right where you are now. We replace the spark plugs, belts, water pump, and several other things. Would you like to get that done...it's a little over $1,000." "I wasn't expecting that and need to discuss with my wife. Can you get me the actual price?" A bit later, John returned. "You're going to need a compressor, and you really need to replace 2 of the tires. Here's the cost of the service package...we could take care of all of it today." I bought the 2010 Civic used and have twice had to have the AC checked, so this didn't surprise me. I also knew it needed the tires. But what didn't happen: I wasn't told I needed a laundry list of repairs for which I'd experienced no symptoms of trouble, which has been my experience at numerous other service departments in the area. I had spoken with my wife so we did the recommended service package, AC service w/compressor replacement, and two new tires with overall balance & alignment. All told, I paid over 20% of what I bought it for, but I'm happy! The AC cools the car and it runs better than it ever has! I'll be back. More

Easily the least painful experience I've ever had I hate buying cars. It's awkward, the sales people are in your face and pushy and you always have to wonder what you aren't being told about the cars. I hate buying cars. When looking at cars I named my price point and the only cars I was showed met that point with all of the paperwork and DMV costs included. They weren't nearly as "Up in your xxxx" as any other lot I've been to. Carrie was the one working with me and she wasn't running the hard sell, she just made sure she was showing me the models with my required specs and gave me the basic pro/cons of each of them. She would even have a Carfax in hand within seconds of asking. Teh only trouble I had was with the fellow who sells the after market warranties and oil change packages etc. Had to play hard with that one. But everyone else was phenomenal! They also pulled that xxxx dealership sticker thing off the back (upon request) so I don't have to ride around in an advertisement. I appreciate the xxxx out of that. More
