Awesome service! We are on a 6 week road trip and the low beam from the right headlight of our 2009 Honda Odyssey van went out. We found the Jeff Wyler Honda Dealership on the Internet and we made an appointment for Monday, August 14, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. We arrived about 15 minutes early and we were directed to Devon Rose right away. He was very kind and efficient as we scheduled service to replace both low beams and an oil change. He called us and notified us that one of the third tail lights was also out. We asked him to have that replaced also. We asked for the shuttle to drop us off at a movie theater while we waited for the van to be serviced. The shuttle driver, Lowell, was very kind and he offered to pick us up when the movie was over. He was right there at the theater when he said he would be. We were very pleasantly surprised with the final cost of the service. Again, Devon Rose was very kind and efficient when we checked out. More

Adequate I had mud guards installed on my 2017 civic hatchback EX. I was very satisfied, however I asked service to tell me where my DRL positive was so I coul I had mud guards installed on my 2017 civic hatchback EX. I was very satisfied, however I asked service to tell me where my DRL positive was so I could hook up the new set of side markers I had gotten. They only told me in general terms. They pointed to the outside of my headlight and said my DRL's where here. They didn't pop the hood and show me where I could tap into the the positive wire that ran to the DRL's. In short, they did a very poor job in explaining. More

I have several friends that are part of the "Jeff Wyler Family" and I feel like Shawn treated with just like one of them would. It was the easiest and smoothest car purchase I've ever made. I was given time to choose my options and felt confident in the decisions I made. This is not my first Honda so I knew from experience I could trust the brand. I love my new-to-me car. Amazing Service - Amazing Team! After months of research, I had finally narrowed it down to the car I wanted to purchase. It was now time to go to the historically dreaded dealership and go to battle to ensure I got a fair deal. I had my armor ready, and my defenses up! As I walked onto the lot, I fully expected the traditional pushy, aggressive dealer experience. At Jeff Wyler Honda, that was not at all what I walked into. I was greeted casually and without any of the pressure I had encountered at other dealerships. From there, the experience was laid back. I had been emailing Paul Isaacs for a few weeks, and he exceed my customer service expectations. On the lot that day my rep was Casey Shockley. He was very easy going, kind, honest, and I felt more like I was talking to a friend than a car salesman. He changed my mind about big dealership expectations, and I ended up in the exact car I wanted with a fair price. Everyone I dealt with that day , from Casey to the finance team, was helpful, honest, and kind. I was so pleasantly surprised. If you want a different kind of car buying experience, I highly suggest the team at Jeff Wyler in Florence. I know where I'm going for my next car! More
Too busy to service all their customers! I tried to call and get an appointment for an oil change but they are obviously selling more cars than they can service. I went down and complained and the worked me in but I felt like they did not like it. The next day I had a tire pressure light come on. I checked the tire pressure (which they should have done as part of service) and found three tires were low and one was okay. This means they never checked tire pressure. They must have got in a hurry. I have purchased 4 hondas in past 6 -7 years and this is how you are treated. Probably buy another Honda next year but not from Wyler Honda. They have gotten to big for customer care. More
